The representative that I spoke assured to me that the remaining 1 unit of the lovely Jovani dress will be delivered to my home, and it happened! Found here the dress that I was looking for. Jovani Dress fits perfectly and will wear them on my 18th bday on the 14th of May.

Beware! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This company is based on lies, cheating and scam tactics! They claim to return for store credit, but then they claim dress is worn so they rejected my return leaving me with a $1500. 00 dress that doesn't fit. I am so disgusted that a company like this is allowed to do "business" still. The dress sizes are a scam the measurements they list on sizing chart are erroneous and mismatching! I can't wear a dress 2 sizes too small and now I'm stuck with this expensive Dress. So don't waste your money or time, STAY AWAY!
This company is a FRAUD. They say "no hassle returns" but all they give you is a hassle and no refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I suspect the clothes are knock offs or sample sizes as the dress we received was two sizes too small. My daughter is a size 8, we were told to size up so we ordered a 10 and could not get the gown zipped up. UNBELIEVEABLE. I called within four hours of receiving the package, the lady on the phone kept talking over me and insisting on a store refund or that she would send me a size 14. Prom is in two days, the dress would not arrive in time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CANDY COUTURE... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.
I tried for 3 days of calling (no one answers the phone) and 3 days of online chatting and emailing in order to exchange a dress that I purchased that was too big. I was told repeatedly that I would receive an email with the Return Merchandise Authorization label. I never received one. I finally accepted a 15% credit back onto my credit card (yet to see) for alterations. Ironically, the dress I was going to exchange it for was significantly more expensive. Their loss. Unless you know the exact size and dress you want - don't order from this Company.

Package was lost on their end before delivery. I had to follow up with customer service so many times to get my tracking #. Finally after I received the dress I wanted to return it as it didn't look good on me & they refused. I called them twice & e-mailed them so many times. They never called me back although I was promised that someone will call me back. This was my 1st time ordering from Couture Candy & will never do again. I am so frustrated.
