I needed a formal gown for a last minute gala, and I needed it to be under $100. I quickly and easily found one that checked all those boxes. The dress is stunning, it arrived quickly, and I paid less than $130, including 3 day shipping. My only gripe has nothing to do with Couture Candy, but relates to the condition in which UPS delivered my package. My dress was packed on a hanger, in a clear plastic bag and then placed in a physic shipping bag. Somewhere along the way, the shopping bag was completely sliced open from end to end and the basher was broken. It's a wonder the dress was even still in it. Miraculously, the dress is perfect and unscathed.

CoutureCandy shipped quickly and provided tracking updates. Unfortunately the designers size chart is not accurate because I have recent measurements taken from a bridal boutique owner and according to their size chart my measurements fell right on with a size 12. Unfortunately it was too small so I have to send it back for an exchange to a larger size. The great thing though is when I called their CSR number I actually got a rep who answered quickly with no hold time and provided all the info I needed to do the return including answering all my questions.

I've ordered from other gown sellers online and their CS debts were not nearly as efficient.

The only thing I wish were different were that they would reimburse to original payment source (CC) so that I could just order the size I need and get that shipped ASAP. Instead I have to wait until they receieve this gown back and complete an exchange. It all works out but time is dwindling for me with my daughter's wedding in just one month.
I ordered a LaFemme gown and love it. It's not as heavy or as structured as other gowns I've tried on but it's really a beautiful gown and I can't wait to get my exchange.

Awful. After several calls and intents to switch the sizes, nobody was professional enough to call after several tries. Finally the Maher called and was rude. I will never shop at this online store. Bye

I've ordered several try on dresses from different places for my son's upcoming wedding in November, but have never had so much difficulty in the return process. This should be streamlined to be easier for your customers

Dresses fit a little too big. We will need to contact Couture Candy to inquire about an exchange for a smaller size.

I am so thrilled for the second time! My dress had been on my favorites list for a couple months, but was hesitant because of price and potential alterations cost. I checked back frequently and the price dropped 75%. Now I have my dream dress and can still afford alterations.

Product was as described and I'm satisfied. I paid extra for 3-day delivery when placing order on Saturday afternoon but did not receive until Thursday afternoon, which caused some difficulty.
