I recently purchased a dress from this site. The dress is in great condition and shipping was really fast, however, the dress did not fit how I was expecting it to. Now that I am looking to return there are a lot of steps that have to be followed precisely and not only that but they only return STORE CREDIT. I am very bummed out because they do not have the new dress I am interested in buying and don't want to throw hundred of dollars down the drain. I really regret purchasing from this site now and wish I bought the same dress from a different site. I recommend that buyers buy from a different site unless you know for a fact that you will not be returning anything purchased and I highly recommend you also read their return policy thoroughly.

My daughter ordered a dress from here for her May prom. Waited for some others we ordered as well to come in and then tried them all on. Ended up not wanting to keep this dress. We go to send back and come to find the return policy lasts for 5 days from reciept! And if more than 14 days (we were at 23 days), then no returns at all. What a horrible horrible policy. Will not order from them again and I would advise others to look elsewhere. We contacted them and the response was insensitive.

Website says Easy Returns in 5 days. Total lie. I called to return my MOB dress on day four and received an RMA number. First they told me store credit only, then 25% restocking fee plus original shipping fee, then finally a supervisor named Tessa (no last name) said15% restocking plus shipping fee. I realized immediately this company was unethical, especially after reading many terrible reviews regarding return issues, and called my credit card company to initiate a dispute. Also filed claim with Better Business Bureau. Turns out over 160 claims have been filed against this company in last three years. Do NOT deal with them. Total waste of time. They will not refund your money. My credit card company is now filing investigation dispute with their bank.

I ordered two dresses which I needed urgently. They debited my card for the full amount. A few days later they called to even verify my card and order details again. Then a few days later they send an email to say both dresses are out of stock. Very unfair to charge and then wait so long to inform the customer both are out of stock. How did they not know this before they confirmed and took my payment. I am now waiting for my refund which they say takes 10 days. I am wondering if this is even a legitimate website

I ordered a very nice and expensive ($530) dress for my daughters wedding. My seamstress said she was not able todo the work needed for less than $400. I returned the dress and they gave me store credit. Fair enough but I had to pay $58 to return the dress plus they charged me shipping for sending the dress back. So far I am out $96, even tho I only wanted an exchange. Now, they do not have my size in the dress I want, but hey will not give me my money back or even let me return the exchange if my seamstress can not alter to my size. I would NEVER recommend purchasing a dress from this company. For just $50 more I could have purchased the dress locally and have not problem with returns. Most of the time it is not worth the extra saving to order from a site that has this kind of policy.

I purchased a Tarik ediz dress from this website. I was so absolutely thrilled and excited for it. When i received it, i took It out of the box and it was horrendous. Nothing like the picture. The lace was stiff and itchy. The lining was absolute garbage AND the dress looked nothing like the photos. Not to mention the top was about 3 sizes too large than described on the size chart but the bottom half for correctly. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the company with my issue and asked for a refund. Due to store policy they would not refund me or even accept the dress back. I told Them the photos were deceiving and the dress was ill fitting. I am well aware of my measurements i work in the special event industry and even double checked them before purchasing. They told me they had to ask the designer of a refund was able to be given. The designer claims the difference in the dress was due to the models undergarments in the photo and they could not honor my claim. Never have i heard Such nonsense. Then they told me if the claim about the poor sizing was granted. They would have to keep 50% of the $500 purchase as a restocking fee. I understand people wear and return but this was not the case. The dress was garbage and expensive. They also said the only way to try to manage my claim is if i go To a tailor and have the dress measured and documented that it is sized wrong. So they want me to take time and money out of my day for selling me a bad dress. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm very satisfied with the purchase that I made with Couture Candy! The dress is amazingly wonderful... I got it in time for the wedding of my niece. I have a great time from placing the order, shipping confirmation and delivery. I also asked about expedite delivery, Couture Candy also provides that service. The whole experience was fantastic. I will order again. I encourage everyone to order a dress from this site. I'm sure you will have the same experience.

I really wanted an appropriate dress for stepmother of the bride - one that was dignified and age appropriate, but had to buy online due to my geographical challenges. I was misled, ignored and jacked around by other stores, but the customer representative at Couture Candy was kind, thoughtful of my specific needs (the image I wanted to project), and my not-so-easy to shop for height and bust size. In the end, I bought two of the same dress in different colors: one for the wedding and another in the color I wanted, but was too similar to the bridesmaids. When I walked in to line up for the procession, a stranger said to me, "You look so elegant!" You should try being 47 years old with 3 kids & a real life and see if anyone thinks you look elegant shopping anywhere but Couture Candy. I'd call them Lifesavers - hard workers, sweet results.
