Buying a dress online with this company is not a good idea. You can't see the quality, which for the dress we chose was very cheap and embarrassing looking, in trying to return they are beyond bad, their goal is to keep your money. We ended up returning the dress, had to pay insured postage (required) and then now we are stuck with a useless credit. We will never buy from here again and have spread the word to all we know not to as well.

While I did receive my order and loved the dress, I needed to exchange for a different size. That's where the nightmare began. They won't give you your money back, I was not able to use my store credit for the new size 1st because they had a problem with their system and it wouldn't apply it, so they wanted me to purchase the new dress then credit my credit card "in a few days". This was supposed to be fixed in 48 hours, but it still wouldn't accept my credit so I called. Now they say I need to give them my password for my account so they can apply the credit themselves, but it because it was discounted by $12.00 they have to charge the full price and I have to pay shipping which was supposed to be free). Total scam.
Feel like I have been scammed - HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY. Returns are beyond difficult. Have to get a return code which takes forever. Then, will not give you a refund - must get a store credit and then the credit is not for the full amount - worst online ordering experience I have ever had - would give a 0 star if I could
Dresses are nice however return policy is horrible not worth hassle. Fee should not be deducted from my purchase when I requested exchange. I will never recommend anyone to purchase from you.

I ordered a dress on sale to which I received an email (after enquiring why it was not yet shipped after 4 days) saying that it was out of stock in my size.
I checked the site and the dress was still on sale with my size available. FALSE ADVERTISING
Couture candy charged 850 for this Jovani dress. When we received the dress the tag (from Jovani) shows total cost of 403.75.
The dress was returned same day and Couture candy refuses to return the full payment. Be aware you may be paying 50 percent more if buying from them.
