I had never ordered from CoutureCandy but had fallen in love with a gown I'd seen. I ordered and was really impressed! I received shipping and delivery updates from CC, the gown was packaged with care and protected, the quality of the gown was above what the description and photos showed and the size was accurately represented. I have no regrets ordering from this site and have already recommended it to others! I am beyond pleased with my purchase!

The dresses are 100% authentic! I was scared I would be scammed, but no! The dress arrived in perfect conditions and in a very timely matter.

Dress was beautiful. Received the dress within a week. Didn't get any updates of shipping or delivery just got the package randomly. But I'm glad it came quickly overall

This is my daughters second dress I order. The first one was perfect with the correct size 2 and beautiful. This is the second dress I order but and received it later than the three days plus the sizing was not accurate I even went ahead and got her a size 4 (being that she is a size 2) and it was far from being a size 4 in reality it is a size 0. I am all for understanding a no return but when the sizes are not correct that is not my fault. Could I get some help with this issue please.

They are strange their positive reviews... 1700 reviews 5 stars, for a company that makes less than 1 million dollars in turnover? They think we're idiots?

For my part, I placed two orders with them, one for $1,000 and one for $500 and I regret it bitterly! And I'm not talking about dresses...

Know that when you buy on sale from them, you agree to receive damaged dresses or with defects and not to return them!

They even refuse to provide you with an invoice... incredible!

I bought from another Prom Dresses for Girls website (pink with a crown) and I never had a problem.

Can't really evaluate until the total experience is over.
I paid extra for 3 day delivery. I thought that meant I would receive in approximately 3 days.
I was disappointed when it was a week. I went back and carefully read the transaction which said we will notify you in an email when dress ships.
I was never notified to my knowledge. I was primed to make a call to Candy Couture when the dress was delivered by UPS.
I think I will be happy with the dress. However, it will need some alterations.

Overall great experience - from the delivery time (4 days) to the overall quality of my purchase.
