Tried to return and they make it impossible. Stuck with 738$ of merchandise. Cheap stuff will never wear

I need to return this item. How do I go about returning it.

After putting my dress in the cart, your system automatically applied a 3 % discount to my order as I waited to show my daughter the dress. During a few hours I received an email offering me a code (LAB5) with a 5% discount to complete my purchase and when I went to apply it, the system would not take it and would be give me a message that 2 discounts could not be applied but the automatic discount originally given came from your company. I called several times to get customer service to complete my order with the discount received by email to the total on my cart but they were not able to and would only refer to a policy that they said the company had about only 1 discount. It was not right for the company to offer a discount to complete my order as it was in the system already if they were not going to honor it and if they were going to accept just 1 discount then they should have offered in the email that 5% discount stating that it would be removing any or discounts that might have been applied before. They were not clear on this at all and I believe it was deceiving and their customer service reps are not trained well at all when mistakes on the company's end happen. This was very poor customer service! In addition I left a message with the chat service 8 days after placing the order because it seemed that the dressed had not left the warehouse and never got a response. I called the following day and didn't get a call back to my message either. I finally reached someone later that day and they said the dressed would arrive the following day but had failed to send me the tracking number from when it left the warehouse. The dressed arrived 2 days later making it 11-12 days after I paid shipping for what their site says would be 2-4 days. The dress is nice but it's not worth $225 and the customer service was terrible. I'm totally disappointed with this company.

They tell you you have 5 days to return prom dress. Arrived 3/16/21. Dress to big. Contacted them immediately for return authorization. It is 3/26/21 and several phone calls and emails later and all they keep saying is they need to get approval from the designer!
ABSURD!

I found this dress online and loved it. Wasn't sure how I fit into the sizing chart though. I called customer service and a nice lady walked me through the sizing, and convinced me I could fit into this size. Sure enough, the dress came and it fits perfectly!

The dress I ordered was exactly as described. The sizes are true to size and accurate. The delivery was prompt and shopping experience great! I love my dress I ordered! Prices are great! I will definitely order from them again.

I placed an order for a formal dress, the order was confirmed and paid for. A week later I received an email telling me the dress was out of stock and would I like a smaller size. Well, no because their dresses are impossible to return. Prom is in 3 weeks. Now what?

Getting someone to give me authorization for a return has been most unsatisfactory.

Ridiculous. Never received dress. No calls answered

I buy a dress that I didn't receive yet I'm still waiting for my tracking number but until now the costumer service was great at the time when I make my order

I ordered a dress in a small however it was very large and did not fit at all.

I ordered a full price dress on 3/3. Received dress on 3/8. Was not right and I returned 3/9 and they received 3/10. To return I was required to provide photos of dress and ship at my own expense. If not received within 5 days I would be penalized. I requested refund. Instead received note that I had a credit that was good for 6 months. The credit was $59 less than the total cost of dress and postage!
I have contacted credit card company and they advised couture candy is in violation of their own policies. Once they get a sale. They don't let go. I would highly recommend YOU DO NOT USE THEM.

I ordered a dress from here and once I received it, the quality was very poor. It felt cheap and there were strings hanging from it. But besides that, keep in mind that there are no refunds! Their customer service is very bad and difficult to work around. I sent my messages at 10am when their chat service begins and now it is 12:37 and I have not received a reply. Definitely will not be shopping here again. I got the Elizabeth K GL2609 Plunging V Neck Pleated Bodice A-Line Gown.

Searched and searched and searched until I found the "right" dress for a rehearsal dinner.
