I was so nervous that it wouldn't fit, or would come in late, or that there would be an issue that I'd have to spend a fortune to fix with returns, but NOPE! The dress came really fast, in like less than a week I'm pretty sure. It fits me great, so the size charts are definitely true to their measurements. I got lucky that I was able to find a ball gown for so cheap (I'm a college student), so I'm pretty pleased with the purchase. The only reason this is 4 stars is because some of the embroidered areas will need to be secured a little better by a seamstress, and there was what looked like a makeup stain on this tiny accent sleeve for the dress. (The dress is called ‘May Queen - LK120 Jeweled Sweetheart Bodice Ballgown' if you want to reference it and see what I'm talking about). Overall, I'm happy with this.

I was on the site and purchasing my dress when an agent called me and offered a discount if I ordered from her on the phone. I was a little worried at first until I was able to confirm she was who she said she was. Then I got excited that the business was that attentive in assuring I had what I needed. I received the dress and it is wonderful! I can not wait to wear it on my daughters wedding day!

Order number *******, Lindsey Webb, 6606 St. Rt. 93, Pedro, Oh. *******. I ordered MacDuggal *******D long sleeved beaded lace shiny dress on Saturday 3-27-21 and paid $24.95 for 3 day shipping. Total was $314.98. I have received no email stating it had shipped and on 3-30 I sent an email to couturecandy and no one has send me any reply. I want to know where my dress is.

Our dress is beautiful, and we love it. However, I spent more than a few days worried I'd been scammed. I got no order confirmation, and despite trying the online chat and a phone call more than once, I couldn't get ANYone to answer me. After about 5 days and 2 unreturned voicemails, I did finally reach a live person who told me that the order was probably being processed. I still thought maybe I'd been scammed. BUT - alas - the dress arrived the next week. Customer service is pretty non existent, but they did come through with a product in a timely manner. I just couldn't talk to anyone or get any solid confirmation my order was good until it actually arrived.

This company is a sham. No one answers the phone during said business hours. The email reply are generic and look computer generated. Do NOT order from this website. I never received my order and have yet to be refunded.

I sent an email requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization on April 4,2021. I have not received it so I can't return. You have a very short window to return so please send me the RMA.

Ordered and paid for 3 day shipping. Did not arrive within 3 days nor can customer service tell me anything other than someone will email me soon. It's been well over the 3 days still nothing and I'm out almost $500. Do not trust them it's a scam!

My dress fits perfect to the T... I do have to tailor the length being that in 5'3 but I'm in love with it.

I received the wrong dress and no one answers the phone. I left messages for a return phone call and have yet to receive one.

I was dealing with several people, none of whom were communicating with each other. It took a really long time to place an order. Also, they were really slow and left me hanging. SHIPPING WAS SLOW! THOUGHT IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY! I PAID FOR RUSH DELIVERY AND IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT RUSHED! HORRIBLE!

Great dress and even better than CC allowed me to use a discount code on it, only advise I recommend is better packaging for the dress!

Ordered a dress that was advertised and I paid for as 3 day expedited shipping. I am now 13 days in with no dress. I have called and emailed customer service multiple times with zero help. Most of the time they do not even respond. Knowing what I know now I would have never ordered from this company. Do not order from here if you need a dress in a realistic time frame. The company should not advertise 3 day expedited shipping if they cannot deliver that.

CourtureCandy had such a great mix of dresses to choose from. The decision was not easy. But once I found the dress, the shipping of the dress was unbelievably fast.
