I purchased a dress and was told it would ship within 48 hours of purchase. It has been one week and the dress still has not shipped. The UPS label was generated and shows it's "shipped" but it's been sitting in California since last Wednesday, as I have verified this with the designer and UPS directly. Save yourself time and stress and shop somewhere else.
Yes I received my item today 4/19/21. I wasn't aware that my neighbor had the package, Also it wasn't the correct size. Would like to know if there's anyway for an exchange to the correct size?
Dress does not fit well and is not flattering at all. I did email to see if I could return it. They asked for the order number and have since not gotten back to me.

Excellent! Purchased this for my grandaughter for a beauty pageant at her school and it was beutiful! She loved the gown. They have an excellent selection of you couldn't go wrong. They are beautiful and made extremely well and you can't beat the prices for such well made beautiful gowns.
Received the order within 1 day of request. Tried on same day, didn't fit. Immediately contacted Customer Service via email per the online policy. No response. After 5 straight days of emailing and also leaving 3 voice mails at the posted phone number, still no response. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company and then I heard from Customer Service. However, had to send the dress back at my own expense via FedEx with a Required Signature, along with 8 photos documenting that the dress was in the shape it was received, and still with tags. Poor Customer Service and Horrible Return Policy Procedures. Will never shop there again. If they really care about good service, they should buy something from Dillards. Dillard's shopping experience is exemplary - and how every company should take care of, and value, their customers. Customers are the reason for a company's existence.
I have sent 2 emails requesting a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, and have not received any response. I received the dress on Saturday, April 10th, tried it on, it did not fit, and immediately sent an email to following the Return Policy that is stated online. I would like to send the dress back to get a full refund since it did not work.
I can't tell you how frustrated I am trying to make a return. No follow up- no RMA, no calls returned. Watch out. This feels like a scam.

The ordering process was great. Before the order was completely processed (which takes between 24 hours and 48 hours), I cancelled the order via email and via voicemail. No response. I repeated my actions twice. Nobody ever picked up when I dialed "1" for existing orders. At my third attempt to connect with someone, I dialed "2" for new orders and of course someone immediately picked up the phone. This person however could not help me. So I received the dress yesterday, followed the return procedures and sent an email to receive the RMA. Here is the content of my email: "As per the guidelines of your return policy, I hereby request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please confirm receipt of my request since we would like to avoid any charges for late return."
I have not received a response. I could have saved the hassle of the return if customer service would have answered my multiple voicemails and emails. Very disappointing.
Placed my order April 5th for a wedding I' going in 2 weeks. Just called was on hold for 18 min to be told that they didn't have size 4 in hay they sold me instead can sent me size 6! Ha! Told them they sold me size 4 they charged my Cc and they didn't even bother to notify me about this so I could look for another dress!? I requested a refund let's see how long will take for them to do that! Awful first time experience and won't come back to thus site again!
BAD BAD BAD! No stars really! I called within the hour I received the dress and then they took 5+ days for a return number. It cost me $66 dollars to mail back and they now want to take 25% off the price. There is nothing wrong with the dress I had a sense of urgency to get the return number and sent it back as requested and now this! In retail all my life I have never seen such service... The worst! Call me very dissapointed! VERY!

I spent a good couple hours with my mom and sister on various computers trying to get 2 of the same dress in our cart for my wedding. On every computer it would say "5 in stock". We would go to check out, the whole process, only to see that none were available. We were ultimately able to get 1 dress, not 2. Knowing that these are non-refundable its so frustrating. Someone from customer service called us but the line was so messed up that we couldn't hear a thing she said and couldn't get in touch with anyone when we called back. We won't be coming back.
DO NOT order from this fake company with the fake reviews. They will send you a fake tracking slip from FedEx then call you from Phillipines and want to just give you money back not investigate where your dress is because they know they DID NOT drop off dress to FedEx! I think i got a call back because I work for law firm. They are posting pictures of dresses from out of this country not Los Angeles or Las Vegas as the lying customer service person said. Facebook confirmed that for me.
I ordered a dress and I have been waiting for two weeks for delivery. When you call no one answered the phone. I was able to contact someone if I wanted to place a new order but no one would help me on the customer service side. This type of service is very disappointing. The dress is very important for my daughter. Customer service is very important to me.

Answer: They will only offer you store credit minus multitude of the penalties regardless of the reason for the return, oh and you will have to pay back the "free" shipping. DO NOT BUY from this company!
