When I saw the picture online the dress was purplish, so I ordered the purplish color. I had already bought everything to match with the color for the party, and when the dress arrives, it is all champagne color. According to the website, the corset is champagne and the skirt is dusty rose. I was very disappointed with the dress as it does not match the color I chose.

This store has a broad range of products and very good prices. I find that any brand I wish for is carried.
I have made three purchases on this site so far and all have been a positive experience. Make sure you understand the return policy before you buy.

Ordered a gown in size small, they sent an extra large (in box receipt confirmed small was ordered). Several emails, asking for a return authorization, were sent. It was not till I called that someone said an RMA would be emailed in three day... shocker, it was not. Several emails later, was told I needed to send them measurements and photos of the dress. Did that. Still nothing. After reading other reports of similar issues, decided to keep the dress and have it cut down - cheaper and more likely to get the dress I ordered. I have no trust, if I were to get an RMA now, they would send the correct dress.

Very pretty dress. Unfortunately I paid for expedited shipping but it took too long to arrive.

I attempted to return 2 dresses on the 19th day when policy says must be done by 15th day. I was not aware of the policy. Additionally, during this 15 day window I was quarantined for Covid. I sent an email explaining this and I have not received a response. I do not recommend this company. Many other retail vendors are removing return restrictions for online purchases, especially in light of the pandemic while this company will not even respond.

The fit was bigger than I had planned so I may need to return it. Good quality dress just isn't for me so I will need to return it most likely.

My experience was really amazing because Ms. Rucel was so helpful and walked me through the ordering process as a first time customer. She was patient and understanding because I was nervous about ordering this dress for my sons wedding in March 2021. She reassured me that all would be well, and I should have it within 7-10 days.

I order a dress that did not fit I need to return it and I have not received a response on how to do it.

The dress is not sewn right in a few places. I am trying to get a return label and I am unable to talk to anyone and no one will reply to my emails about a return.

Saw dress in a brick and mortar store in Nebraska for $409. Found same item and color here for $119. It's perfect!
