Your website should provide free return shipping and a much easier navigation of your website.

The original box that my dress came in was damaged. Fortunately the dress was not. I returned the dress as the overall fit was too big. Returning the item was difficult - first because the original box was damaged I could not use it for return. Why can't you just set it up to do it on-line. Also, I am unhappy about receiving store credit. I acknowledge that this was on your website, but I just thought that if I returned within 5 days I could get a refund. Although I will find a way to use the credit - again if what I fit does not work out I have to go through the process of returning!

I just ordered. So far, the ordering process on the website was easy.
I received my order within a week! I was shocked! The tracking was accurate and the dress was very well made!

The sizes run small. But the dress is beautiful and well made.

If you like a dress on this site, google it and buy somewhere other than here. Their customer service sucks. Paid $537 for a dress, paid $45 to return and they only gave me $399 in store credit. They are nothing but a rip off and I will be reporting them to the BBB over their business practices. They should be shut down.

They were very prompt in ordering and getting item shipped. Also called my phone number 3 times after seeing I had been shopping to see if there was any questions or anything they could help with before I purchased.

Very Fast shipping and dress is what it was supposed to be but it was a lil smaller then what I usually wear so I will be sending it back.

Before purchasing my merchandise I read the general return policy. I had some further questions so I called for more information. I was very clear about asking if I would receive a refund If I returned the dress. The customer service agent looked up my dress and told me that I could return it.
When I called to get the RMA number for the return I was told that I would get a store credit. I explained that I had spoken to her before I bought the dress and I was expecting a refund. I was told to that I should read the return policy so I read it again. Far below the General Return Policy and several other topics is a statement about a store credit. I find this very misleading and fraudulent. In addition you have to take pictures of the dress and the tag and send them in an email. The dress has to be received 5 days after you get the RMA number and I used FedEx as they instructed. That cost $75.00. Now it has been a week and I am still waiting for my dress to be approved for a store credit. I learned a lot through this experience and I will not make the same mistake again.

The only thing I do not like is if it is final so you cannot return it if you don't like it. I also do not like The dress that I ordered is a complete different color

I PURCHASED A DRESS FOR $198 for my daughters 15th birthday! I bought a size small and once I received it I realized their sizes run TOO SMALL! Their size small felt more like an XXS! I went through the process of returning it and paid for my own label ($12). Once they received it, they indicated to me that I would only be receiving store credit! Which I declined because I had already purchased another dress and it's hard to tell their sizing online. They offered me 50% monetary refund and I declined once again! I decided to reach out to PayPal to see if i can get my money back. Couture Candy refused again AND NOW THEYRE OFFERING ME ONLY 50% store credit! Due to reaching out to PayPal and as a form of penalty! NOW I am beyond upset with this company and their customer service. I reached out to the "supervisor" CJ and he did not help me AT ALL! They stole money from me and NOW I DONT HAVE MY MONEY NOR A DRESS! Who in the right mind wants to be charged money just for no reason. How is it fair that this company now does not want to give me my money and now charging 50% and giving me $89 dollar store credit! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They stole my money with their bogues disclaimers! I am never spending a dime here and you should be careful!

I like the dress so much, same shape, size and look. Easy delivery.

The site is user friendly and product description is very detailed. They have a great selection of ready to ship items. And for those that require special order, it notifies you when adding to cart that it will take longer and gives you the estimated shipping date. Shipping was super fast. I placed the order on a Friday and it arrived Monday, 3 days!

I feel like the return policy should at least offer some cash back. Maybe take out the cost of return shipping and charge a restocking fee, but at least allow people to get some of their money back. Then again, you also have to contend with imbeciles who purchase and then return after wearing, so I get that too. (Maybe assess items on a case by case basis to see it it's been worn or damaged instead.)

They take your money and then can't deliver the dress! My daughters wedding is in 24 days. I ordered April 4th and they keep telling me they have forwarded my response to their team and will get back with me. They never do until I contact them again. Meanwhile. They have my money and they will not refund me even with no idea when I can get the dress!

Dress fits like a glove. We measured my daughter per the manufacture directions. It's beautiful.
