CoutureCandy will not refund your money, they will give you store credit. But, not for the full amount! They have huge restocking fees (25%), late penalties (20%), freight and handling fee ($30). You are hit by the late penalty if you don't initiate the return within 5 days. They were going to withhold half of the money and give me store credit for the remaining amount, when I raised my concerns about their practices. After several direct emails, I did receive 2/3 back as a refund (they waived the late penalties) which they called an exception. And the return process is cumbersome, which in itself should have raised concerns. Please at a minimum read their return policy before ordering anything from CoutureCandy. And even better, rather purchase from reliable vendors, who have fair and reasonable policies and value their customers.

Be aware! Awful company - deceptive and ridiculous return policy with hidden fees presented only after you return your item, a policy structured in a way that after returning an unused item you might be lucky to receive 50% of what you spent on the purchase. I used them once but will never use them again.
