Unfortunately, one of the dresses was too tight in the top for me (size 4) and the other wasn't the best color on me.
I can't return them because they were on sale.
But they were still pretty enough (and at a bargain price) so I will just give them to a family member.
I think I could have made a better selection.

The dress is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures don't do it justice. The bra is built it which is perfect if you have jugs that don't allow you to go braless.

I loved my shopping experience but the shipping was way too expensive. The only shipping option that I was offered for Canada was through DHL. It cost me $50 in shipping and $40 in custom fees just to get the dress. That's almost an extra $100. Your products are way too beautiful for you to have to lose ratings over shipping. Please reconsider.

Turn around for order was fast. Dresses to be viewed by bridesmaids on weekend. Fiance thinks they look great

Shipping and everything was smooth. Dress looked like the picture just wish the waist was a little bit smaller.

One of the dresses came with ugly beads that I wasn't able to tell online bc they didn't show a picture of dress in the black color. Now i'm stuck with it. You need to be able to view all colors in dresses.

Everything was good, the dress is a little big for me in length and on top, but that's typical for me to need those alterations. True to size =, very satisfied and can't wait to wear it at the wedding.

In this day and age, no company sells online, such expensive cloths and don't offer money back when you don't like your items its different if its custom made for you, then I may understand that they have to take some and all of your money! I bought two dresses that were already made and being sold.
2. I receive my package on thursday evening. Wasn't able to contact them on friday for return because i ould try my cloths on until friday night. I call as early as 6 am on saturday for an RMA and no one gets back to me until 1pm when all mailing offices are closed I am told if i mail after monday, i will forfeit 20% of my money. They forget that by 1/2pm on saturday, most stores are closed and where i live, i can mail on sundays due to Blue laws. As such tell if i done mail on monday, i will loose some of my money?
On another note, if i am so unhappy with them and i want my money back they will take 25% of my total cost! Really! Rel rip off. Please don't buy from them ever! You will regret it

The clothes are pretty and great quality. The returns however are HELL. No prepaid return shipping label or even an unpaid label, you have to write it yourself. That isn't the worst… you have to take photos of the front and back of the dress tags, photos of the box, photos of the ups tracking…. It's a major hassle. So many online shops that make it seamless. This is outdated and I'll never shop there again

I was skeptical about ordering based on negative reviews about the return policy. But, they were great about shipping the product very quickly (quicker than expected). They communicated multiple times with order confirmations and shipping updates. The dress looks even better than it did online.

Lining in blue dress need to be altered (too tight) Dress is fine other wise. The pink pearl is too large and Mon or Tues I am going to the tailor to see if they think it can be altered. Quality is excellent!

I just bought an elegant dress for my son's wedding at a fantastic price. I couldn't be happier! I knew I would have to invest in altering the size 6 dress down a size to fit, but buying it at such a great price was totally worth it. This is an original Montage Mon Cheri dress and the quality is very nice! I will continue to search for future dresses at CoutureCandy.
