I received my order on Friday and also sent an email to the Customer Service Email Address that same day, to request a RMA#. 2 days have passed and still have not received the RMA#. Website mentions that if the return is not received back within 5 days of it's delivery date; I will only receive 80% of my refund. ***The dress I am sending back is a much different color in person than online***

Wonderful experience with browsing, selecting and ultimately ordering a gown for an upcoming event. Dress arrived in a timely manner and was exactly how the picture depicted the gown.

The dress was not what I expected. I asked for a refund and was told I could only get store credit. I do not want store credit! I am afraid to get disappointed again. This would NEVER happen with Neiman Marcus or Dillards. I simply wanted my money back to get another dress in time for the event. I will never purchase form this website again! What a waste of my money! MAJOR DISAPOINTMENT!

First time I ordered a dress from Couture Candy. I wasn't sure a size S would fit me. Surprisedly it fitted perfect on me. However, the picture shows gold color, but it's more like a champagne color. Also, I wish the material is a thicker.

Box dress mailed in totally destroyed. Surprised dress did not fall out but was fine.

Smooth and easy process for online purchase. Nice feature being able to toggle between currency. Only thing I would change is offering different shipping methods/options.

The dress I ordered on clearance was way beyond my expectation... it's gorgeous and the quality of the material is high quality... unfortunately it doesn't fit, and I think it was final sale so am I able to return it or can I sell it

Very quick and easy. Absolutely love the dress but was tight through the hips. I measure 36" - but exchanging the original 8 for a 10.

Both gowns I ordered arrived promptly. One is a better style for me than the other, so I shall be returning the other. Hopefully the return process will be just as easy and prompt.

Some of the sizes were hard to match, but once you found the correct one you were good.

This company has sizing that is wrong and then policies that are impossible. I ordered a dress that was supposed to arrive in 2 days. It came almost a week late, after my event and then was too big on top of that (even though I used their site measurements to a T). They refused to refund me my item and said they could refund me partially but would need to keep $300 -- which is ludacris. So I agreed to take the store credit instead. I ordered a new dress that took months to arrive. I ordered the same brand and sized down because of what happened last time. This dress is now too small. They will not provide anything at all because the store credit is final sale even though you have no choice but to take the store credit. I can't believe this is the type of service they offer for such expensive dresses. I perform at events every weekend and would be ordering from them constantly if they didn't have such horrible policies. Now I will NEVER order from them again and will tell everyone I know to stay far far far away.
