I ordered the same dress in two sizes. When the package arrived, it contained one dress and a fabric swatch that I didn't order.

I can only guess that I received someone else's order.

Now I need to do a refund on two dresses, but I only have one! I already know the missing size 14 would be too big, because the size 12 is too big. I want my money refunded, but don't know how without the missing dress.

They are so difficult to deal with. They repeat the same line they have been taught regardless of the situation. Definitely not ok with returning merchandise. They will give store credit even if canceling a day or a few hours after placing your order and they will tell u to read the company policy. Very strict and tough rules that makes it impossible to buy from them unless your are a billion percent sure if your purchase

It is pretty sad that you make the returns so difficult, I had credit but now the credit is final sale, that is ridiculous and I will never shop here again

I received a damaged dress and contacted them within 24hrs to let them know about it as required by the store policy. It has been two weeks and I haven't received a return shipment label. It is illegal to sell damaged goods a refund to original payment method is compulsory.

Purchased 2 different styles, and a few sizes for my daughter for homecoming. One of the boxes didn't even have a packing slip. You have to pay for the return shipping and you get a site credit. Oh, and make sure it's returned in 5 days! So, if you have to return good luck!

Shipping is a little slower than other sites I have purchased from. Unfortunately have to send dress back and worries on shipping time as wedding is coming up
