I bought two of the same dress for a wedding. I only received one dress in the mail. I called within minutes of receiving the first dress to tell them the second dress was missing. We went round and round via email and phone calls for a month while they "investigated". They said the dress was in the box. It was NOT in the box. I am out a dress and $560. I spoke to managers, they did nothing. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've been purchasing for years. Excellent! Products are amazing!

The dresses that I received were not the best quality for the price but still good I suppose, just didn't work for me.

Was looking for a mother of the groom's dress and was thrilled to find this one in several colors. Once received I was not disappointed. Just like in the photos, even more elegant due to the beautiful lacework. It falls at the ankle but can be shortened.I'm 5'7" & weigh 190; the 1x size fit nicely w/ elastic waistband.

It's a great dress but the sleeves weren't what I expected. The sleeves hug the waist to where I can't even lift up my arms to the back of my neck.

Petty and it shows.
I'm all for supporting local, but when the local business itself won't out of sheer pettiness. It's disappointing. Recently, Couture Candy launched a new product - a product that another local candy store is wildly popular for making. This item being shipped from Alberta. Whenever a comparison was made or Lisa was asked why not joining forces with other said shop and keeping it truly local, she immediately deleted the comment. Not only this but she then restricted comments so no one could mention TASTELEY BOX - Pathetic.

Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened either. Couture Candy also sells fun flavours of cotton candy, and guess what? Yep another local confectionary shop in East City also makes and sells this too, so instead of supporting local, Lisa has hers shipped in from IOWA.

People are starting to catch on to how the owner of this shop is operating, the comment section of her products is very telling, before she deletes them. Don't believe me? Just try writing a comment mentioning any other candy shop in town and see what happens.

Don't support bad business.

I have so far had a great experience with Couture Candy. The dress arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The product is beautiful! However, it does not look good on my body type so I will be returning it but it has NOTHING to do with the quality of the product or the company.

This Company is the most fraudulent, evasive company I have ever purchased something from. They welcome you to spend thousands on dollars on their website and then when you need to return and adjust a size, they claim if you buy with store credit, you just have to keep a garment that does not fit.

Completely bad business and fraudulent. I will never order from this company ever again. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are thieves. They take your money and then offer no solutions for re-sizing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Tried on the dress (2 minutes!) which was fine. Terrible return policy, but complied. First got an email that said it was in perfect condition. When I asked about my credit, they told me it was not! Not possible. I asked for it to be sent back to me.

Bottom line - don't do any business with them for any reason.

Very happy with your customer service, quickly help me sort out a return item, I received my new order with in days I would definitely order from you again, excellent service thank you.

I ordered a dress from candy couture and it was too small. The company's policy is that the dress is to be returned within 5 days from delivery or the customer will be charged a percentage. I returned the dress with ups 3 days delivery and had to pay $56 for shipping. There are a hundred instructions that had to be followed according to this company. Candy couture received the dress and gave me a store credit for $134.60. I spent $ 172.55. In addition to the $56 that I spent to ship. The company charged me $ 10 for handling and $27.95 for handling. I email this company several times and finally the agreed to give me a refund. Out of the $172.55, they agreed to refund me $94.70 after fees. I rather lose money than deal with companies like these. I lost $133.85 (56 return shipping+ 77.85 fee) with no dress. Do business with this company at your own risk.

Lots to choose from, great customer service and the return policy is cut and dry and they stand by it. Easy to use a credit for returned items.

Huge giant shoulder pads that make me look like a football player, and the dress is too big on me all over. I am stuck with it though, due to couture candy not really having a good return policy. It's unfortunate that I won't be able to do a darn thing with this dress, that I wish I could exchange for one that actually fits me.

Amazing! I ordered the dress and requested 3 day shipping! I was skeptical since I have never ordered an elegant designer dress online before and I was nervous about it! It arrived on time, it fit perfectly and I am EXTREMELY happy with this website order. Thank you so much! I will order from here again for future events!

Read the very fine print per website 5 day return policy OH NO not for special orders even if you can within 2 days 600 dress they offered 90 dollars back. Poor customer service, robbing customers of good hard earned income
