Site was easy to use. I had found this dress elsewhere so I had the name size and model number, but it was easy to locate in the site. Dress came promptly, packaged neatly. Size was exactly as expected

Sent me a damaged dress and gave me half the money as a store credit. The stones were missing on the Jovani dress and they gave a refund and did not give full store credit. Awful business owners. Waste of time and money, order somewhere else with morals and ethics. Theives.

The dress is beautiful but unfortunately it is shedding all it's sequence all over. This is every embarrassing and unfortunately it can not be returned. I am not happy with the purchase because the description did not indicate that the sequence are falling all over the place.

Return policy is purposefully misleading to the consumer. They will only give store credit. I requested a refund and they said I will only get 75% of the cost of the dress back. Email threatening me that if not in good condition they will send it back. Poor quality, size totally wrong.
