I bought this dress designer dress, the ship from Australia you get free shipping the dress was the wrong size is two times bigger than I am and when I have to ship it back to them I have to pay $39 for the shipping cost of one tracking number through one to pick you do want proof you have to ship it within five days and on my refund they deducted $40 dollars for shipping it to me is this United States I have purchased all the stores I'm never this happens I wouldn't even give them a star
I have encountered 2 problems. One was with the website, which has since been fixed. The other problem is with Couture Candy's business model. The first order did not fit well, so I sent it back. The CC requirements to send it back were ridiculous; it cost me $78 in shipping to meet their demands. Then, CC charged me $30 for the free shipping since I sent the dress back. Now, on a re-order, they charged me almost $15 for free shipping. Total damage, $123 for needing a different dress size. Either do not use this company or be very, very sure of the size dress you order.
The material on the dress is very soft and comfortable but very sturdy. No worries if it will tear. Tried in on at a local boutique and it is absolutely stunning!
The worst return policy in the industry! You require receipt of package within 5 days of RMA. To send 2nd day with UPS it was $74, with Fedex, $97.00 for 2nd day! The dress was $125 and then you have a restocking fee of 25%! Outrageous! The size chart was incomplete on your site, so I even got a size up and it was still 2 sizes too small!
The size 4 is much too big and I need to return it, but there sre no return instructions in my box. I emailed customer service but got no response.
Waited patiently, 30 days for the dress to be shipped. Then they only give you store credit! No WAY!
I called several times about my order/shipment and they were quick to answer the phone and always answered all my questions/concerns.

The dress was lovely but didn't fit. I requested an RMA to return the dress but haven't received it after 3 days. The return policy says the dress needs to be returned after 5 days for full refund.
The dress was beautiful but dealing with the company horrendous. The dress I ordered was supposed to be a size Medium when I got the dress it was not the right size. When I tried to exchange it the company would not because it was on sale. The dress was two inches off from the size chart it provided. They also sent me a petite size and that is not what I ordered.
The service was very quick (although was not aware of import tax on top of a hefty courier bill) and the dress was actually worth it. Lovely material and colour and with a little alteration to the length - perfect.
Just looking forward to wearing it now!
