Received the dress in less than a week. My daughter is happy with it.

I had been looking for a gown for the wedding for months and spotted exactly what I wanted on Couture Candy. There were only 2 left in my size and 12 people were looking at it. I pounced on it, hoping it would have the fit and quality I desired, and a few minutes later there were no gowns left in my size! When it arrived I gasped as I unwrapped it. Amazing quality, fits like a dream. Is way too long but it is easy enough to have it shortened. It is in my most flattering color--forest green. And I can't wait to wear it!

Easy to order, but difficult to return. Appreciate the friendly service rep, but return instructions were very complicated and annoying

Return policy is horrible, make sure to read the fine print on returns before you purchase from them. We had to pay a 50% restock fee, ridiculous!

The photos on the website are VERY misleading. I returned a dress due to the colour being vastly different and being poor quality - don't by anything that describes a dress as sparkly or shimmering - it is only poorly glued glitter which falls off EVERYWHERE along with any beading. I returned the dress at my expense and was given a credit - this is NOT a refund. Don't be mistaken - you cannot use the "credit" to buy any discounted dresses, you cannot use it to buy a dress of equal value as what you paid originally has been reduced to cover a range of their returns fees. You will need to pay for postage to return your dress and postage again if you buy another one using your "credit". I have been so disappointed in the whole way this company treats customers that I chose to let my $500 "credit" expire as it would have cost me another $300 to buy another dress because of the way their system works AND still not be confident I will like that dress either due to the quality issues. Absolute rip offs. Don't buy a dress thinking you have the safety of a returns policy. You will DEFINITELY end up out of pocket. Their credit IS NOT EQUAL TO THE PURCHASE PRICE. You will lose your money, stay away.

Ordered 2 dresses. Tracking information said the pink one was on its way. The dress that showed up was the navy one. Then, last night the tracking information said the pink dress was going to be delivered by 6:30. At 7:21 and then at 7:23 I got text messages telling me the dress was delivered and picked up at the post office by an individual. I NEVER GOT THE DRESS.
I need a RA for the navy dress and I need to report the pink dress as stolen. I would like a refund on both dresses. Please help.

I found this dress by googling the brand after leaving a dress store in San Antonio I found it right away and it was $250 cheaper I was amazed by the quality and how quickly they shipped the item.

I accidentally typed in my old zipcode and they personally called me and emailed me the following day to fix the issue. Heard I was worried about getting my dress too late and somehow made it arrive in only 1 day! That left time for me to get it hemmed before the wedding! The dress fit PERFECTLY and was exactly as described. I'll only ever shop CoutureCandy for fancy dresses from now on.

Excellent Experience. The dress came in time for the event and the size is perfect. I always have a great experience when ordering from this vendor. My go-to Mardi Gras Ball sight!

The dresses offered are beautiful and well made. Customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, the sizes run VERY small, and measurements are smaller than those provided in the size guides. I had to return my items and reorder in a much larger size and have altered to fit. That is not unusual with formal wear, but it does make purchasing over the internet difficult. Take care, order big and don't wait until the last minute. But the challenges are worth it. These were beautiful dresses, and I will purchase from CoutureCandy again in the future.

I'm never sure about online sites but there were tons of good reviews and the dress was cheaper than another site. Their processing was fast and my order shipped the next day, and I got it within the next few days. I was impressed!
