It's a nice website, but the shipping cost is expensive and they said there is no return or exchange for things are on sale, this is so unfair since it's an online website and I'm sure customers need to exchange for so many reasons. Thanks

Please be aware that their "refund" policy is store credit only; they don't provide a return address label for the customer to benefit from their reduced shipping rates and if you return a dress and use the store credit, the purchase is final sale. Essentially, if you purchase a dress from Couture Candy, you will have to buy a dress from them. The store credit is only good for 6 months.

Great customer support! I was concerned that I would not receive my dress before going on my trip. I sent an email to customer service and received a response right away. The ultimate bonus was receiving my package before the expected time. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I was surprised at how fast my dress came and how the fit is excellent

Website is horrible. I bought two gowns that don't fit me and they won't take them back. They are not custom dresses. Nowhere on their website or on my purchase receipt does it state that these dresses were not returnable.

Couldn't fault the ordering and delivery service, as well as the regular updates. Would happily use CoutureCandy again.

Do not care for this companies business practice. The idea that you spend several hundred dollars on a dress and then if it doesn't work out you are stuck with store credit. Then only given 6 months to spend that money or it all goes away. Will never purchase from this company again, and I would not recommend it to others. This would be a great company if they offered a full refund if your purchase did not work out.

Placed an order on August 18. Watched for two weeks OUT FOR DELIEVERY. On August 28 finally got the YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIEVERD. No order! My order was returned to Couture Candy. Contacted UPS; was informed that the merchant asked for the order back. I contacted Couture Candy and specifically asked for a representative to call me in regards to my order. At this moment, I wasn't upset. I received an email for them on August 29 (this is when I got upset). I have been fighting with Couture Candy for over a month to get my refund. And when I contact them all I get is that they are running an investigation. I have the evidence, I am sure they have the same information. UPS and Couture Candy missed up simple refund. As I read the reviews, this happens a lot with this company. At this point, I will be hiring a lawyer.

Not happy with their customer service. I will not buy from this company. Their item post especially the final sale item is not completely detailed compared to all the website/ merchants. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a beautiful dress from here at a reasonable price. I was worried it wouldn't get to me earlier enough, so I called, and they were very helpful. I got my dress within 3 days, and I had plenty of time for alterations. They updated me every step of the way, and the dress was as described and true to the size chart. Overall, a great first experience with them. I'll be back

I returned the 2nd dress withouta refund so this second bastille dress could be worn by some one. The dress i purchased and wore at my wedding made me so elegant and almost like a queen.I would love to send a photo as soon as they arrive.I never thought
