All same color not 2 colors like the photo. I will call Customer Service tomorrow

I ordered my dress. Afterwards I was emailed saying it wasn't available in the size I ordered it in and to choose an alternate in size or color or cancel the order. Customer support was very helpful in resolving it however, the order went through two days later, they didn't have the dress in stock and I had to chase up the shipment to arrive. I was concerned it would not but it did. Customer support did resolve the issue, the dress did arrive, it is beautiful but the experience was frustrating.

Quick delivery. It was timely an be came very securely packaged.

I ordered a size up, knowing I could have it tailored if needed. Besides the hem, it fit perfectly and am absolutely thrilled!

I order dress that I though like in picture gunmetal.But when it came it was not like on picture and happened to be gunmetal silver black Love this dress but very disappointed that it's not like in picture Very deceiving no picture in gunmetal so when I order I was sure I am getting light silver dress

I really appreciate how the dress was delivered. It came wrapped in plastic before boxing. I also noticed a layer of cardboard under where it was taped, so when I went to open the box I didn't cut the dress. Delivery was very fast!

But the champagne dress It is so beautiful, but there are a few beads in the center of the chest and it is empty.

The site was very easy to order with.I ordered my dress and received the dress on time.

I paid an order with shipping fee 15%. I was communicate with shop assistant, I read information about shipping on web site. 3 weeks later I got an email, that I need to pay extra fee. I was shocked I thought my order was on way. Plus No one tell me before that there is an extra fee. No information on web site about any extra fees. So I was upset and I canceled my order. Now eshop didn't give me 15% back, because of some polios of the company. A company make mistake. Huge mistake. Company didn't give important information about fees, not on website nor on email. So why I pay for YOUR MISTAKE?!? If you did a mistake you need to correct it. I repeat myself: you didn't give me information about extra fees, I paid for order and wait for 3 weeks before you tell me about some extra fee. It's your mistake and it's a HORRIBLE customer service.

Shady business practice! I have never dealt with a company that is so abrasive in it's treatment of customers. Their lack of support, in dealing with an item that was sent in a completely different size, is incomprehensible. Instead of working with me, they accused me of lying, even after I sent proof of the actual measurements of the dress. They attempted to extort a 25% "re~stockling fee" which is completely unfathomable and on top of that charged me to return it! The dress was over $300. Those charges would have eaten 1/3 of the price that I paid. The error was theirs, but instead of owning up to it and accepting a return, they dragged me through the mud, threatening to launch a thorough investigation in assessing whether or not the dress had been modified or worn. Absolutely inexcusable!. They also will not refund your money for any type of return. They give STORE CREDIT ONLY! How is this even allowed in an ON~LINE dress business?
I am grateful to Paypal for refunding all of my money after I opened a case against this illegitimate business practice. "Couture" *******@ss.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous. I ordered a size 8 dress, but will have to return it for a size 10. If you order this dress, order it one size up. I contacted the customer service to return the dress and the service was awesome. I am able to return the dress for a size 10. I am pleased with my overall experience.

Ordered online and was a bit nervous about the dress coming in in time, however tracking info was updated periodically and the dress arrived within 7 days. Packaging was great. Everything was better than expected.
