This was my first time ordering from this site and I was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but I'm so glad I ignored them! The two dresses I ordered arrived within 2 days and were even more beautiful in person. I will definitely be ordering more!
The dress was beyond what I was expecting! It looks amazing and it arrived with no problems on time. Will be recommending to others and will buy from here again.
I purchased a dress and the size was not right. I returned it immediately, and paid for shipping due to their 14 day return policy from delivery date(!). It went through inspection and was verified in perfect condition. They then proceed to tell me that I signed( along with a whole list of regulations) that they refund minus a 25% "restocking fee" and charge for the original shipping and handling I received $268 refund for a $415 dollar dress and I had paid for the return shipping. So in essence I paid $165 for the privilege of having the dress one day in my home.
Ordered two gowns for a wedding next year, needed to return one. Due to a family situation, I was a few days past the 14 day return limit that I apparently agreed to in fine print somewhere, and it was a hard refusal - now I'm stuck with a brand new, tags on, $600 gown I do not need.
Love shopping here. Shipping is always fast and quality is always great.

Purchasing process was nice and easy. I am giving four out of five stars to the shopping experience, because I would like to see more and better quality pictures of the dresses, to be able to see the details. It would be nice to be able to see bigger photos and have the option to do zoom on it. A more detailed description of the product (fabric, embroidery, decoration, colors, etc.) and size chart with the item measurements would be appreciated as well.
There are lots of choices for dresses, but you should be able to receive a full refund if the garment is returned in excellent condition.
It was great! Shipping was fast, package was handled with care and dress is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I cannot wait to wear it for an event!
The dress arrived on time like it was told to me by customer service. It fits well but if you think about buying it, up a size.
It was overall great but i had one issue that could be changed. The back where the zipper is on my dress with the intersection of each side could be brought in a bit more tighter. It was a bit loose causing a gap, which is loose on the top of the zipper and the strings.
There was a small issue and the company was great they resolved it quick.
Receiving my gown, I instantly knew the time and dedication to making it!
