This company expects any damage claim to be reported to them within 24 hours of delivery, when they don't even provide an exact delivery date. So they delivered my item on a Sat. At 4pm, without a delivery date notification. I found the package on Sunday, tried on Monday and reported an issue and the company states I am one day late and will not honor the damage. What a ridiculous store. They charge over $500 for a gown and this is their customer service! Stay away. What a horrible experience.

Ordered a dress from here for a formal wedding. The dress was poorly made and the slit was so high that it showed my underwear. Their return policy is too strict. I initiated the return immediately but then went out of town for a few days for the event. They only give store credit and they take 20% of it and you pay for shipping. Complete BS. Find a better vendor.
I purchased two dresses for an upcoming wedding and neither of the dresses worked for me. Couture Candy's return policy is not clear. The website says easy returns but you have to really have to dig down to find out that they only offer store credit for returns. You have to email them for a return merchandise authorization. They also want you to send pictures of the dresses being returned and the return must be received by them within 5 days after they send the return authorization or they will deduct 20% from your store credit. They will also deduct the cost of original shipping from your store credit. You must pay for return shipping and they do not even send you a shipping label. There was nothing else on the site that I liked and I can not get my money back. They did offer me 10% of the purchase price for alterations so I took that but I don't think alterations will make these dresses look better on me. I plan to take them to a consignment shop or donate them to a charity. Meanwhile I am out almost $800. I will NEVER buy anything from Couture Candy again.
