My mom couldn't fit the dress. When I called to return it they company took 50% of the cost of the dress and we had to pay out of pocket for the return of the dress so for that reason we will never shop here again.

I ordered an item a called customer service. Customer service informed that my item would be shipped within the week. The tracking showed that they didn't even have the item to ship.customer service told me they don't refund your money. Instead, you get a store credit or surrender 15 percent of the purchase price to them. Buyer beware. I will never use this site again.

Sent me a disgusting stained dress and refused to return, only offering me 10% back on something that probably wouldn't even be able to be fixed! What horrible customer service!

At first, I didn't get any confirmation of the purchase or hear anything back for about 4 to 5 days. I was worried, and luckily, I was able to get in touch with someone from customer service. They were able to help me with the issue and gave me updates on the order since that communication. The dress arrived 2 business days later. Everything was in good condition and before the date I was told it would arrive. Satisfied with the purchase, although, I did not hear anything about the order until I decided to reach out to them.

I like the dress but it doesn't fit right, it's too big on top.

We tried this dress on in store but needed a size up. We ordered from Couture Candy that same day and it arrived about a week later. It fits perfectly! Would highly recommend this website!

The dress is gorgeous. That being said, if I could give zero stars I would. The dress is not sized correctly. Definitely not a 10. The dress is too small and you can't exchange or return when on sale. Terrible return policy. Not a good way to attract customers.

I apprehensive about ordering such an expensive item from a new online store. I received the dress approximately five business days after I placed my order. I was a little bit worried at first that I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email so I called but it was outside of business hours, they actually called me back! I am very happy with their service and I ended up receiving the dress a day later which made me feel bad about calling in the first place. Either way I'm very happy with their service and the quality of the dress as well.

The dress is absolutely stunning and identical to the picture! Initially, I had some reservations, but the dress turned out to be incredibly beautiful. It reached Iceland within 8 days, and everything was perfect—no missing pieces or torn on some places. I'm eagerly looking forward to wearing it on my wedding day :)

I needed a dress for an event and needed multiple sizes. I ordered the same dress and it was too big, ordered next size down, too big and ordered the last size down. Reached out to get the others returned and they said I missed the return window on the two that didn't fit and another dress. They didn't even let me return one, I got it back in the mail. Also, 20% restocking fee and now I have a very high credit because they don't refund you, can only get store credit. Worst site ever. I guess I didn't read the fine print close enough but nothing about the process made sense.

Purchased a dress that is extremely small- I am not able to return item because they have a hidden return policy.
