I was nerves to buy such an expensive dress online but CoutureCandy made every step of the way amazing

No issues except color is not the same as in picture

I went to a bridal shop to see this dress (their website said they carried this brand) and was told they didn't have any dresses in this brand in the store. Furthermore, it would take 6 months to order one in! I came home, found my dress on CoutureCandy and had it in 5 days. Great service and free shipping. Win, win!

I was soooo nervous buying my daughter a prom dress that we couldn't physically see or try on. I'm sooo happy I too a chance because the dress was everything my daughter dreamed of. Thank you so much!

I was very disappointed that the shipping information was not spelled out that 3-days shipping was after 2-3 days of handling. This resulted in my shipping a dress to an address where I was staying for only a couple of days. In addition, your website is incredibly difficult to log into, and repeatedly says that there is no account under my email address, despite my receiving emails from you at that address.

Good follow up from customer service when it didn't come when expected.

The dress fits and color is accurate

Large inventory selection with a good range of sizes for all the gowns which made the shopping experience enjoyable. Shipping was fast and communication was done well.

Several paragraphs down under another title- not within refunds section is a paragraph that reads you must notify of any defects or problems within 24 hours, so in essence you have 24 hours, not 5 days as it reads! They don't give refunds OR store credit as the website reads. The sequins on my dress all fell off within in the packaging before it even arrived. It was NOT new and they refused to make it right. Other sites sell these dresses. Stay away from this company! Find their response below that proves I am within the 5 day return policy, but they refuse to provide store credit as their policy states. See below picture of their response refusing to provide store credit, even though it is obvious this dress arrived this way. They replied with this canned email within 4 minutes of my requesting the RMA.

We were worried the dress would take a long time to get here but it only took a week.

Quality was very poor on the TWO dresses I ordered. Very Cheap looking & feeling, dresses also had an odor!
Customer Service was non existent, their return /exchange policy is nearly impossible to obtain, far different then what is stated.

Save your money, dresses are not as appear!

They also do not except any reviews on their page unless glowing! I wondered why none of the dresses had reviews!

My daughter fell in love with the Fuchsia colored dress at another store, but they didn't have it in her size. Found it online at Couture Candy and order it. Shipping was quick and easy as well as the ordering process. She can't wait to wear it to her Prom!

First time ordering from candy couture. Easy experience, quick shipping & dress was the same as the one tried on in store at a much lower cost.

I had high hopes for purchasing
A mother-of-the-groom dress. We just lost his brother late last year. I thought doing business with CC would have been a pleasant one. It has been a nightmare and disheartening as these people do not care about the customer experience. Customers are just numbers I purchased a dress and it was not going to be ready in time. When I asked for a refund. I was told I lost $250 to a restocking fee. To make it a win-win I offered to buy a more expensive dress in place of credit, no they rather gain $250.00. That's way more important than repeat business or a happy customer. Please I urge you not to purchase anything from this company as you be charged a 50% restocking fee for no items received. They have made what is already stressful situation unbearable please take your business elsewhere where you are appreciated and the company wants your business. They have made a "mother of the groom" purchase a horrible experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Beautiful dress, but I will have to return it. It did not fit my body type. Beautifully made, just such a shame that it has to go back.
