At first I got no updates about my package and then I called customer service and Crissa made sure it was on its way and taken care of. When I got the dress I was just amazed by how beautiful it was and how it looked EXACTLY like the picture! Very impressed and will buy from here again!
Found a dress from Cinderella divine and they linked this online boutique as an accredited vendor, yet when i bought the dress from this site, it arrived defective.
The dress I received was defective and had a hole in it, the sparkles and sequins were falling off.
The site was easy to navigate and the dress looked, in person, like it did in the picture, which doesn't always happen with other companies!

The Return Policy is very frustrating. You can only receive a store credit and then when you purchase something using a store credit, it is a final sale.
Your return policy is terrible. Yes-it is disclosed, although in small print that many customers won't read. So from a legal standpoint, you win. But from a customer service standpoint, your policy is terrible. I have purchased many dresses from other websites because both my children are getting married next summer. All of the others make returns easy. I will order another dress only because all I will receive is a store credit. But I will never use your website again.

All I wanted was the same dress in a different size, and the customer service rep refused, even though I bought the same dress in black and red. I needed the size 8 in the red, and accidentally ordered the size 10.
The gentleman that helped me earlier on the phone was wonderful in his approach to help me. Also I want to thank the gentleman, Wayne who helped me with the free shipping and the sweet young lady that called me to give me a 5% discount along with my invoice.
