Nice looking dresses to order. Easy to place the order.

Got a leopard print dress and was thoroughly impressed by the quality and intricate designs on it, not to mention the price was just up my alley! Super pretty and was a perfect fit!

CoutureCandy handled my order promptly, but I feel that I would have liked a bit more communication regarding updates on the progress of the order.

It was a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and I received my dress in less than two weeks. I will definitely order from there again.

Though I had issues, yes I gave a 5 star because of their customer support. Yes it was complex n time limited for a full refund but having to deal with so many though quality dress must be difficult.

The dress came to Alaska in just a few days. That's amazing!

When you place the order it's a drop down buttton to see what you purchased. We should have paid more attention but there was only two left and my daughter was so excited. The picture of the dress shown was blue so we assumed it was the blue dress we were buying. There was no size or color buttons because it was on sale and there was just two XL's. So we hurry and bought it. She was through the moon when the box came but then was in tears when she opened it. I went back through my phone internet history to find the order page because I never received an order confirmation (I even checked junk mail). I confirmed the picture of the dress was blue but then Inused the drop down box and saw it was Ivy/Champagne. The cart should be listed and transparent at purchase. You shouldn't have to figure out a drop down menu to see what you just ordered. And if you sell different colors why not list or show the dress in that color?

Needed a formal dress for son's wedding and had seamstress take measurements, used size guide to order and dress was laughably TOO BIG. No smaller sizes available now which isn't anyone's fault but it will cost as much to have resized and not an option to return because it had been on sale. The other dress just did not look right on me so in returning, I am receiving a store credit which I knew I would be getting but how many formal dresses will I ever need? I should have tried a place in town where I could have tried them on without risking losing my money. I regret using them.

Do not buy from CultureCandy. They only offer store credit that is only good for a limited time.

Do not buy from this company. The have store credit for returns and you have to pay to insure and send back returns.
