If you can see this review I am honestly surprised because it seems they have somehow found a way to block the thousands of negative reviews they have on every site except this one. If there were an option for 0 or negative stars that's what I would leave. I placed an order on a Saturday evening. According to their published policy, weekend orders do not begin processing until the following Monday. I requested cancellation of my order the very next day, Sunday. My order had not yet been processed and within an hour I received email confirmation from them of my cancellation request. I followed the next three days straight before receiving an email form them that my order had been cancelled, except now according to them it's a special order item. Nowhere on my order confirmation, their website, the brand page, or the specific dress I purchased page does it give any indication at all that the dress I purchased is a special order item. What's worse is that according to their policy even on special order items I have until 4 hours prior to the order being processed to request cancellation, which again, per their policy was going to happen until the following Monday, and again my request was made on Sunday, which in turn means I am eligible for a full refund right? Not according to couturecandy.com CS. In fact according to them the only thing I am getting is 50% store credit of the $581.03 I spent on this dress because they are deducting a 50% "restocking fee" for a dress that wasn't processed, or shipped. Sounds fishy right? No it's criminal is what it is. This company doesn't even have the ethics to follow their own publicly posted policy. I am not the only one and I am sure I won't be the last to fall for this scam of a business. I sincerely hope that they end up shut down and upside down financially, though they seem to be doing well stealing from unsuspecting hard working people such as myself. Now not only do I not have the dress for my incredibly deserving daughter, but I don't have the money to even try to get it elsewhere. Don't fall for the lies this company sells or give into their greed. You will surely regret it, as I do.

Order came in quick and the gowns are well made and elegant. Prices are amazing. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

BUYERS BEWARE- I have spent thousands of $ ordering dresses. On my last order I accidently ordered the same dress twice and instead of them emailing or calling ME, which they have done many times before they shipped these to me, they sent it all. I called same day I received the order and they wont let me return unopened in packaging of the duplicate. They want to give me 10% altering fee. I asked for manager to call and they said no guarantees.
I order 5-12 gowns a year and I wont ever order from COUTURE CANDY AGAIN

HAD TROUBLE OVER AND OVER USING THR CREDIT, TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER SOLVED PROBLEM! THE CANCELLED MY CREDIT AND SAID IT EXPIRED! HELLO IT WAS MY MONEY! The dress originally ordered was a European size and i had to order a bigger size. I got it in time and had a prof. Tailor re-fit the dress and it is amazing.

After several phone calls and emails to the customer service department, I have not gotten an answer of why I have not received the dress or when it is expected to be received. I have ask for a supervisor and no supervisor was available. No
When I decided to cancel the order, the response was that I could not. That I should wait until whenever I received the dress and then send it back. In other words, it was then my problem.

Bought a dress online. Spoke to assistant who NEVER mentioned STORE CREDIT ONLY return policy. Out $600 on dress that didn't fit properly! DO NOT BUY ONLINE! Also said dress was special order because it had a 10% price reduction! It was NOT a special order and now they have said the credit is only 50%.

Totally dishonest and misleading!
