The retailer would not work with me to return the garments that were not the same size as the measuring chart specifications. One dress was too big while the other one was two sizes too small.

Tone it down also the chest area was too small for someone who is a bit bigger

Once you click "buy" you become the enemy. Treating customers poorly because it is your policy doesn't make it okay, it just means the risk is too great for them to ever order from you again. Thankfully we were able to order a dress from another company (in the same size) that wasn't ill fitting like the Couture Candy one. I recommend you avoid them entirely, but if you do buy from them, do it months in advance of your event and remember that the clock is ticking to make any returns or exchanges. 17 days is too long, apparently, which is a shame because this was a gift and my daughter wasn't around to try it on immediately.

Exceptional customer service and support. They go out of their way to make your experience a pleasant one.

I don't think people need so many emails making us aware of the item being processed, shipped, and delivered. I think I received 3-4 emails in the same day, telling me the item shipped, then ready for delivery, then going out for delivery, then ready to be delivered, then delivered. Way too many emails. I just need thank you for your order, item is being shipped, item is out for delivery.

CoutureCandy delivered in my time crunch. Needed a dress for my daughter's wedding b/c my original dress was hung up in transit! Nikki in customer service spoke with me by phone and made sure the dress I needed was shipped within 2 days of her wedding! Thank you Nikki!

The size 10 dress was a perfect fit and exactly the color I was looking for.

From order date to receiving it took exactly 2 weeks for a in stock dress.

Good experience will shop again do to the selection of dress and size variations.

Beautiful dress! The only thing I can criticize is that the sleeves aren't really caps, more like sleeveless. I thought they would hang lower on the shoulders.
