This dress was ordered for my niece who is participating in a national pageant as a junior teen. The dress is perfect for her interview session. It is couture, unique and classy with a little bit of sass. The package arrived to her about 4 days after I ordered it & I am so pleased to see the sleeves on the dress were as pictured. Thank you

The website is misleading. I tried to return a dress that was on sale to purchase a different dress from the same site only to find out from the customer service rep that an item on sale is considered a "final sale" which is not listed anywhere on the item nor was it mentioned at the time of check out. The rep kept telling me that it's mentioned in the return policy and that she was sorry for the misunderstanding, but as I tried to explain to the rep when an item is final sale, it's marked clearly on the item that is being sold. You don't have to refer to any policy or anything because again it's clearly marked on the item being sold and or during check out. Now I'm stuck with the dress that I can't use.

Highly deceptive and fraudulent company.
I agree with the complaints regarding their customer service, they are basically like sleezy sales people, they were so nice when i was trying to buy the dress, responding to my every question, and when the dress finally came and it had an issue with horrible shedding, the same lady i spoke too (by the way her name changes all the time, but i can recognize her voice), became nasty, cold and distant. Basically tried to cut me off when i tried to explain the issue to her. I have videos and photos of the shedding on the dress and she said they designer will not take it back, how is that my fault, even with the proof,, stay away from this company, lesson learned!

Broken zipper and poor communication with understanding English.

I would give a zero stars if I could. Hoping this helps someone in making a decision to business with Couture Candy before you are down a significant amount of money.

They are not forthcoming with their return and exchange policy. They only do store credit even if goods are damaged and are extremely unhelpful when you are in a bind.

I spent well over $5K on gowns that I thought I would be able to return once I was able to try them on. Even after I noticed there was significant damage done by the manufacturer they still will not confirm a return.

I was a but hesitant to order a dress on line without my daughter trying it on, especially at the pricepoint for some of these dresses. However, I am a now a customer for life. The dress we found matched the theme of her party and was on sale. The delivery was quick and the dress was untouched, in impeccable condition. It was soooooo pretty and everything I hoped for. To see my daughter's expression when she opened the dress bag was everything. Thank you Couture Candy! I will be back for my dress next month!

This dress runs a size smaller so it didn't fit. The return policy is absurd. They should allow a 30day return policy. My dress was never worn, still had tags, but returned over 2wk window so they sent it back to me. ABSURD!

Bought two dresses for an event. Ended up not liking them. Returned within the allowed time, received 60 percent of the purchased price as store credit and now they say store credit has expired. So my 1200 is gone to the wind. There is plenty websites were u can buy and return and get all the credit back. Don't use them you will end up regretting, if you look up reviews for their website they are all 1 star on other websites, so runnnnnnn

The shipping was a little questionable but I received the dress and I'm not dissatisfied or disappointed

Speedy delivery. I was planning on buying a shawl, but to my surprise the dress came with one.

This dress is beautiful. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was too tight in the bust. They did not have a size up otherwise I would have ordered up.
The five day return process was sos quick I possibly would have kept it if I had a chance to meet with my alteration gal.
Ordering on line with so many various dress stores: Neiman Marcus, San, Nords, Bloomingdales... I would say this was the most involved returned. First the customer must contact the company. And receive a code. The return must be sent with labels from the dress enclosed. The shipping label must have both an order number and a RM code number. Once the dress is dropped off, a picture must be sent to Coutour Candy confirming the dress was returned. And, it had to be insured. Just a lot of moving parts.
