The outfit came w/ in 4 or 5 days. The wedding of our grandson is June 20. I had ordered from another company over 6 wks ago & it was really long in coming & didn't fit well due to sewn- in bra.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when reading the reviews. I found this dress in Miami for twice the price and then found the dress on CoutureCandy for a lot less. I was worried that it was a Chinese company that scams you but after speaking with them on the phone, I found out that they were in Las Vegas. I told them my concerns with the reviews and she told me the policies. I took a chance and I am glad I did. The dress arrived and is the same dress I tried on in Miami. The updated me constantly on the tracking and delivery from UPS. The rep I dealt with took all my measurements over the phone. Told me what to order. It came in big, which is what I wanted so I could have it altered locally and make sure it was perfect. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will use them again for my next formal function.

Somewhere in the small print, I missed that a sale item was not returnable or refundable. This was very disappointing as I would not have ordered.

I have shopped with Couture Candy a couple of times and I always feel confident that the brands they carry are good quality and that my order arrives within a reasonable time. I do wish that I could return for a refund if I don't like an item - I would buy from them more often if I could but they only offer store credit.

My experience was simple. I placed an order for a larger size dress that I fell in love with at your site. It was about $20 cheaper on your site, but that's not why I chose your site. I liked that it was free shipping. It was simple. They got here within a week. It's gorgeous just I pictured.
