I have this same dress in another color in size medium and it fits. This one is also a size medium and does not fit. I am unable to return the dress.

I felt that the fact that items that are on sale and cannot be returned or exchanged were not easily disclosed to the customer. Once I learned this I had already purchased and was given no other option. This should be stated on your cover page and be easily seen by the customer. I did see that you stated an easy return policy on your cover page but not that you do not accept returns on sale items Once I navigated into the website I saw this no return policy Very misleading. I won't recommend your website to my friends and will share my negative experience

The dress does not look like in the picture on the website. The size is off and runs big around bust area.
I found the site to be nice but if their sizing is so off they should probably have a better return policy.
Love the dress, meets our expectations. Love the price saw it at a store and they wanted over $1,500 for it.
I emailed the customer service right away after I got my order because the dress was to tight not true size the next day they email me that the dress was not returnable I was really disappointed

Everything went great I'll purchase from there again. The customer service is amazing.
I had to pay quite a bit extra for expedited shipping and then ithe shipment was delayed a day. The tracking said that a label was printed but the package was not sent out, so that was frustrating. It was first estimated to arrive on a Thursday but didn't arrive until Friday.
Beware of this company, if you ended up returning an item, gotta be prepared to receive less that 50% of what you paid.
The only 2 option they have is store credit or less 50% if you choose refund.
The staff was very thorough from beginning to end. Emailed them with a difficulty. I was having with my order and they fixed it right away!
