Just when you open it beware extra sparkle coming off the dress
Their return policy makes you feel like a criminal for buying a dress, having it not fit and wanting to return it. You have to have a store credit only, get your free freight deducted, pay for shipping and insurance and tracking back. Take pictures of dress and attached tags, take pictures of box with return ups tracking #. THEN wait for their inspection department to check dress before you get a store credit to be approved to buy something else and go through it again! Who would want to do that again?

There's not a place for billing address versus shipping address I needed my address shipped to my home and it wasn't my billing address and they kept sending it to the wrong place. I ended up paying a fee.

I have looked for months for a mother of the groom dress and have ordered at least 10. The burgundy bateau sheath dress is the first one I've found that fits and is pretty comfortable. The shape is simple and elegant.
