We bought a recliner from them costing us $298. It started ripping called to resolve the issue, and we all we got was rude and unprofessional customer service. I would give this company a big fat whooping 0 if it was an option. Also, they claim their product is made in the USA with high quality parts that's the biggest pile of B's I have ever heard. Its made poorly and very cheap with products from China. When my husband brought it up they CLEARLY states it's made in China. So not only do they have rude and unprofessional customer service they are bunch of liars who love false advertising. They will definitely be hearing from our lawyer since they don't wanna work with us like adults. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. PARENTS WITH CHILDREN I WOULDNT ORDER THEIR PRODUCTS I SAW ON THE WEBSITE. NO TELLING WHAT COULD HAPPEN TO YOUR KIDS.

I would put a 0 if it was an option, I ordered a 4-wheeler $419.00 from them through Wal-Mart website and my son rode it for 3 days and then we started hearing a loud clicking noise as he rode the 4-wheeler, I emailed the company and sent the video of the 4wheeler making the noise but they are trying to get out of refunding my money! Worst customer service ever! I have no clue how they have any customers at all! DO NOT order from Costway they have been nothing but a total headache!

I bought this product about 3 months ago I love it so much that I bought 2 more as gifts. It is such a great little washer, it doesn't take up much space and you can even store it in a closet. It is truly is great for apartments and dorms or even a single person living alone. It is reasonably priced and I think if you don't have much space in your home or you just want to do small loads this is definitely something you might want to get.

The gymnastics mat was shipped and received within 5 business days. It was a gift for our 7 year old daughter. There was absolutely no smell to our mat upon opening. It folds easily, wipes down nice and exceeded our expectations for the price. A great buy. I highly reccomend it!

I saw their folding desk on another supplier's website and decided to check their site directly to see if its cheaper. It was 9 dollars cheaper and free shipping so I ordered from Costway direct. After I submitted I looked up reviews, out of curiosity, and was worried because of all the negatives. However, I received order confirmation, shipping, and delivery updates from them and received my order on time. The desk is as advertised, and actually more sturdy/solid than I expected.

I purchased a electric dartboard and it did not turn on. I asked for a return label and was told I had to cancel my dispute with paypal to get a refund, I refused to cancel my dispute and they offered me $5.00 credit on my 35.95 purchase. Paypal did side with me but now I have to pay for return shipping. This company also uses the name GOPLUS CORP.

You can just issue the credit to paypal so it gets credited to the right account and card. That would be the preferred way since that is how I paid for the item. Once I close that claim I can't reopen it so I feel better if you just credit paypal.
