It's junk

Bought a recliner showed up today the nastiest chair I have ever seen food what looked Luke dandruff some white crusty stuff I will leave that to your imagination 6 or 7 holes in the under neith material I was so pissed when I opened it up Wal-Mart really needs to do something it is totally unacceptable I didn't find these reviews until after the fact

Business with Costway is simply a nightmare. I even had to initiate a purchase dispute to get it resolved.
Ordered a 47"x59" PVC floor mat through Walmart.com. When package arrived, all I got was a small broken empty box. Called Costway customer service, the lines never went thru.
I should've checked its reviews before placing the order. It seems they they have lots of problems with their products, packaging and customer services.

BTW, I ended up buying a same size PVC mat from Homedepot, and it arrived safely in a package four times of the size used by Costway. There is no way the mat can safely packaged inside a small box like the one used by Costway without damaging it and its contents.

Never order anything from them. They lie - been waiting for a shipping. Label for 3 days. One person answers the phone by the name of Alex and he is a joke as well. Scammers

Bought a pool cleaner. Worked for 2 days. In the box was a note stating before you return call their support to help get it right. Called the number some teenager put me on hold. Then came back after 15 minute wait. Called back said all repair info has to be emailed. Sent email explaining problem. They said they needed receipt. Sent receipt they said i should get a professional to look at it. What a crock.

I purchased a 16 x 32 Wedding Canopy. It came delivered on time. 5 big box's in total. UPS returned 2 of them before it got to my location because parts were falling out of them. 3 got delivered and were so bad that I had to return them. UPS called Costway and they blamed UPS for mishandling the packages. UPS investigation showed that the box material was so thin that it was damaged before it ever left the 2nd check in. There is guidelines for companies and there packaging to protect your purchase. I had to fight to get my money back because even though they got there damaged Wedding tent back they refused to send me another one. So after going to my bank to file fraud charges and going to the Better Business Bureau I got my money back. Time did not allow me to get another one from a different company so my guests had to set outside in the hot sun and the day was miserable. Thanks Costway for screwing up my special day. I saved all of my emails from them since they woukd not correspond by phone. By the way they don't use there real names on emails. Worst company ever by far. If you buy from them after reading the reviews then shame on you!

Paid for and did receive most of my order. I have been fighting with then ever since
6-20-2017, I have every correspondence (e-mail) since. These people know nothing and I mean, about their product... they didnt include all parts for the new lift chair there was no instructions. I have waited a week longer to see if they would try again to straighten this $600. Mess they screwed me out of. This item was a lift chair which my wife saved up for (I am unable to walk) I get nothin notta zero from these people. I also find Walmart just as bad they advertise for them... had to hire electrician and buy the missing parts they did not send. Too mad and upset to type any longer just hope NOONE EVER USES COSTWAY>>>THEY JUST GO BANKRUPT

This place is ridiculous. I called twice today and got put on hold for A REALLY LONG TIME. It seems that they just expect you to be calling about a complaint and then forward you to "never-neverland." Bought a safe to store money in at my business and it came dented and missing battery covers. Made a complaint on ebay and so far no response from them, so now I'm trying to reach on phone with no luck. NOT GOOD!

Ordered a foot spa... doesn't work, Didn't even get to use it once. Paid $60 for it and they offer me $20 as compensation. No replacement just a partial refund. I will never order from them again and I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends to NEVER order from this company.

I purchased my Costway kettle and used it for 2 months before it died. I called Customer Service as it was still under the 90 day warranty and informed them. Got back an e-mail and I responded with info they required and have heard NOTHING since. Cannot get thru on phone as mailbox is full... they do not respond to e-mails.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY.

I ordered 3 office chairs, when they arrived they were a good size for children. Contacted customer service and advised the chairs are too small and need to return for a refund. Followed their directions and then I received a bill from UPS for 145.08 more than what I spent on the chairs. Costway would not pay the return shipping, because they stated there was nothing wrong with the chairs. They were poor quality and I will never purchase from Costway again.

I ordered a rather spendy remote control car for my grandson's birthday. Specs said it would last 10 minutes on a fully charged battery and several YouTube video reviews of this car had run times of over 15 minutes. The car completely died after less than minutes of use on a fully charged battery. We recharged the battery and even bought a spare battery but we could never get the car to run again, not even for 30 seconds. I immediately contacted Costway and per their website return policy they said they would issue me a prepaid shipping label via email to return the car and promised to issue a full refund once they received it. Their website boasts a 2 day time frame in which said shipping label will be issued for defective merchandise. After a week and a half of almost daily emails and phone calls I still had not received the email containing the return shipping label. I filed a claim with PayPal and within minutes of doing so I received an email from Costway telling me that if I would close the claim with PayPal they would issue me a full refund and I would not need to return the defective item. I responded by telling them that I no longer trusted them to follow through on their word since they couldn't even send me an email with a shipping label. I told them I would cancel the claim after they issued me a refund. They said they could not issue the refund until I closed the claim. I was told more than once that the car came from a company overseas and it was that company that dictated the return and refund policy.
PayPal found in my favor but I have to pay the return shipping cost. I'm not sure how much that's going to be but at this point I just want to be finished with this nightmare.
Costway either needs to deal with a different supplier or change their return/refund policy on their website to match the reality of how things are handled.

Absolute Failure

Bought a trampoline. Had missing parts. Called several times, gave me the run around. Never did anything they said they would do. LIERS AND THEIVES. Took my 500 dollars, now I have a trampoline I can't use. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Ordered a patio swing online. Missing one stabilizing bar. (two parts F, no part G) They refuse to send it. They put you on hold till you hang up. Obnoxious.
What they sell is crap. And their Customer Service is also a joke. Three phone calls, they ask you to spell your name 5 times then pretend to look something up. First they told my wife the warranty was over when they didn't know the purchase date. Second time I called and after 20 minutes and constantly being put on hold, they finally put me on hold for good and hung up. Didn't answer the phone again that night. Next day I called and not as patient and kind as the first two calls. I started counting out loud how many times they would ask me to repeat answers and spell my name, etc. Then after being put "On Hold" again, more like put on ice, I'm writing this review. Oh, and that swing, they say "rated for 450lbs. No friggin way! Two people max even though it says rated for three people. PS, I was on hold for another 15 while writing this and they still refuse to help.
