It was painless shopping with Costway & loved the free shipping.
However I must complete a certain # of characters before I can submit this survey. I was at 5 stars but am reducing to 4 for this requirement.
After reading my review on this site, Costway emailed me apologizing for not getting back to me in a timely manner. They gave me a full refund & told me to keep the fan. Now I have a fan which doesn't fit any of my windows. When ordering from Walmart make sure it does not come from Costway. I don't believe this is an American company which would explain their lack of customer service. They will have to learn a lot before I would use them again. Yet thanks for the refund. Now I can get a fan that fits.

Ordered a window fan on Walmart.com. Fan came from Costway & was wrong size. Walmart instructed that the return & refund was to be done with Costway but only emails through Walmart were allowed. Costway has had me jump through hoops trying to return & get refund. Haven't heard from them for a week. Will just keep the stupid fan but will post on all my social media to boycott this dishonest company and maybe be careful of what you buy on the Walmart web site.
I spotted this mini radiator and knew it would be ideal for winter traveling in my camper van. The unit is small, energy efficient and silent. After a long day listening to a diesel engine and road noise, I don't want to hear a heater fan running all night.
Buying it online through the website was simple and it arrived several days before the estimated delivery date. Thanks for the great product and the excellent website experience.

I ordered this little table to use the laptop while in bed. It is nicely constructed. Light weight. Lot of table top space for you to keep (even) an old 15"laptop plus and external mouse. My only issue with this is the height. I wish there was a way to to adjust to any height rather than one height.

The chair is quite nice for the price. It went together fairly easily in about 45 minutes. It was missing two pieces (the ones that lock the chair so it won't rock). Since I really didn't care about that feature it's not that big a deal. I can say that with heavy rains/winds it blew over (again not a big deal). I also have noticed that there is some rust that is coming out of the inside of the center vertical bar on the seat. It's discolored the seat on an area about the size of a dime. Overall I'm happy with the product. It's comfy, sturdy, and I only paid like $65 for it. Much cheaper than anywhere else I found

The legs broke down when adjusting length and when I tried to tight the screws it won't tight.

I received the package on time l ordered a tire bead blaster air tank, the tool is just like the picture displayed. Normally cost over a $100. I got it for less than half price, works perfectly. I will use costway moving forward. I noticed their sofas are good price too. Love it.

Its been over a month and still no resolution! They definitely keep track of phone numbers and ignore them so always call blocked! Do not allow them to continue to scam people with thier bull$#*! products that never seem to come in tact!
