I paid less but I didnt expect a fragile stand. I would have paid a little more for a better product. Broken in few days of usuage. Not a good experience and never coming back.

My daughter was going to need a tray as she was coming home from the hospital in May and I thought this would be great. However, the tray fell apart as soon as it was assembled and could not be repaired. A waste of money

The only problem we had was with the delivery as our package was delivered to the wrong address. Our address on the email confirmation was correct but not on the label. So my husband had to find where it was delivered and retrieve it.

The customer service is top notched. I had to send part of my order back. The instructions were clear and the customer service was efficient. I will order again and recommend this company.

The set I received was too small for me I notified Costway to return, they sent me a label and I sent back. I have never received my refund and they will not answer my email. I even sent them s certified letter which they would not except

Poorly made tattoo chair! Screws did not fit and the make is very cheap. Customer service was the worst and told me they couldnt help me and to fix it locally. I do NOT recommend this store or product to any business owner.

The chair we ordered is the perfect size for a smaller space, and the foot rest rises to the height needed for health purposes. The fabric color was a little darker than expected but still a good neutral. It's exactly what we needed.
