All went ok, slow on delivery, and could not track package

Everything was exactly as described in the ad. Delivery was earlier than the 2-5 days of stated delivery time. Assembly was made by me in less than 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with the product. I already had in mind before seeing the ad as to what I wanted to enable me to have more mobility and a product that I could lift and place in trunk of my car easy and quickly unfold and ready for use. The price was great and I am a very satisfied customer. I have been stopped while using and asked questions about where I purchased it and let them take photos. I give a five star review of this product and to the Costway. Oh, and the seat is very comfortable for that moment that you must sit down for a time.

Great prices! If you are looking to refresh your patio, this is the company for you. Great selection and a wide price range means there is something for everyone. It was a little tricky putting them together. Allen wrenches are the worst and if my hubby hadn't come up with a socket wrench that worked I think I may have given up. But even after that I would still recommend this company as I have never seen such great prices!

Havebeen lookig for a 23-24" unit for my freestanding fireplace. Yours was the best looking one I found. I'm looking forward to seeing how it fits and looks. Thanks!

Great place, so far, I am satisfied with Costway. The curtain rod I ordered came in exactly like seen on the internet, I cannot wait to hang it.

Entering my shipping address was difficult! When tried to enter mu state, it would not scroll! There was a black line that would not scroll after 3 seconds. I finally tried to move it asap and was able to scroll.
The guide handles were in lowest position with no adjustment buttons showing. Finally pulled upward really hard and buttons came into view! I was then able to raise them.
Works fine now

You need to call the physical store location, might seem like a scam from lack of support but its just really difficult and slow because its based in china. The product is ok but if something breaks, repairing it will cost double what is costs be very slow to be of help unless you Call THE PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION! Just letting anyone else who is having trouble know.

I ordered 4 bar stools which look great and was easy to assemble. However, the 4th chair didn't stay in place. Whenever I pick it up, it comes apart. The base and the chair separates and the lever to adjust it won't budge.

I've been getting nowhere with their customer service. They ask me for clarity which I confirmed. They asked me for pictures which I sent. Now they're asking me for a video and the reason why it doesn't work. Umm I don't know, could be that it's DEFECTIVE?

If Costway doesn't want to resolve this by just replacing the chair then just state that instead of giving me the round around.

The 2 PC was a little confusing. That you are buying two separate chairs.

Easy to put together, I was alone and followed the instructions, it took me about 4 hours altogether. Very satisfied, and I do recommend it

Some of your weaving material was torn in several areas on all three pieces the table and 2 chairs. The box came damage. We did not feel like returning and assembling all over again so we just kept it.
