The patio set is not only small but not strong... not sure if it will hold a 200-lb person. The chairs are only wide enough for an average size person.

Bad quality, both sides of the luggage do not look the same. One side looks like it was damaged during shipment or something -- Wheels and handle also look flimsy, so it probably won't be durable. I will be satisfied if it lasts me one or two full trips.

Futon was garbage. The legs folded the 1st day. At present my futon is on top of 2 milk crates the right end no longer folds up. EXTREMELY poor construction standards and materials paid for with pennies for the horrible quality

I found matching 21" hard sided rolling suitcases for my twin grandchildren on Costway through the Walmart.com website for very reasonable pricing. They arrived promptly and the twins loved them! We went to Disneyworld and they had plenty of room for clothes and supplies, expandable, and easy for the 4 year olds to manage. They'll be around for a few years of traveling adventures!

Worst customer service. Sent an email to initiate return through their automated process days after I received a damaged product. Finally got a reply 3 months later that since I was out of warranty now the return could not be accepted. Infuriating to say the least. And you can't even get anyone on the phone to get a decent apology from. Worst online experience ever.

I was able to give my daughter a great birthday I otherwise couldn't afford. Kids Wooden Kitchen Cooking Playset - at least $40-$50 cheaper on Costway than any other online retailer. My daughter has SO enjoyed this & will be playing with it for years to come. & 5' Indian teepee - Also such huge savings on this. Another great gift my daughter loves & will be enjoying for several years to come.

Good and decent quality for the price you're paying for thse stools. They are not very sturdy or heavy compared to other brands but they does the job.

Costway finally resolved this issue. They provided a $150 credit back to my card and Rakuten issued enough points so betweenthe two I can replace the inflatable spa. Thank You Rakuten for encouraging Costway to settle this issue!
