I purchased a golf push cart. It came damaged. I tried To return it to Walmart, which is the site I used to Purchase and they said I'd have to contact the store directly. I tried 3 different times and was never contacted back. Never again.

I am handicapped and bought a shower chair. After the purchase I asked if they could expedite my order, which I would have gladly paid to do, but they said they couldn't as it was already placed, yet wouldn't be delivered for another week, which is absurd. And then, this is the real kicker, when I got my stool, it looked very used, the connecting parts were shoddy, there were NO instructions included, nothing inside the box was plastic packaged and it lasted all of about 3 days before the chair's legs folded, becoming completely unusable. What an awful product, going hand-in-hand with this awful company that sold it! I can't afford to throw away money on useless things. I will NEVER go to this company for anything EVER again! And I have encouraged others to follow my lead (and they have!).
