They are super helpful and understanding. I loved how they reached out to me to make sure all was well with my product purchased.
I'm just really disappointed that I bought my son a riding toy for his birthday assembled it the night befor and the first day that he uses it it breaks. Not great quality, heartbrocken kid. Then I had to email back and forth and get a delayed response about the item. The only good thing was customer service did refund my money.
Drys the same amount of clothes that we put in the washer. Maybe we should have bought the bigger dryer but this fits perfect next to our kitchen counter

My experence with costway was great. The product however is a different story, I have not had the chance to use it as i bought it for my mother for x-mas. Sadly she has been in the hospital and may never get to use it. I will not know anything for a while as she has been given only a couple weeks left in this world. I will not mess with it untill she either recovers or passes. Hope this helps

Solidly built unit that heats shower water in Wintertime warm enough for a comfortable shower, (Utah Winter temps can get in the single digits where I camp). The storage and carrying case is well thought out and built. Pressure is lower than my home shower as expected but is adequate for taking a shower and washing/rinsing my hair.
For my Wintertime car camping purposes I already have a stove and tent heater that run off of a 5 gallon propane tank and it was easy to get this to hook up to the same tank so as to simplify and streamline my fuel hook up needs.
This is the best camp accessory I have purchased in years for my car camping endeavors. Well done Costway!

The furniture us nice but the chairs were hard to put together, not all the holes were aligned. This made it difficult to put thy he screws in and in fact I haven't gotten one set if screws aligned.
