Purchased a fiber optic christmas tree that quit working within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer service just ask the same questions o er and over. Asked me to send a video, but it was rejected from me posting to them. They literally went out of their way to be of no help at all. I'll never buy another costway product. They're cheap and don't last long.

My 75-year-old mother ordered a space heater with wheels for her house. The wheels wobble and it is difficult for her to move. She tried requesting a return and was told to take a video as proof of the problem. When we sign in to the website her order is not even showing up. She's 75 and doesn't want to piddle with this nonsense. Sending it back and looking into resolving through the credit card company.

Terrible product poor customer service poor tech support. Bought a minisplit and instructions were for another unit and useless. Customer suport is unresponsive. Stay away from them.

First off I spent over 2000 dollars with them.I purchased a mini split ac from them because my cooler died on my home and it was 115 outside and 100 inside. They said 5-7 days delivery and it took 2weeks. Wen it showed up it was broken, bent, and pieces falling out of box. Submitted ticket for replacement of damaged goods. They said 48hours for response. 4days no response so I contacted and the rest is below

First, they double charged me. When I emailed them about this, they asked me to send them a screenshot of my banking to prove it, which I did. But I thought that was sketchy. Can't they look it up in their system? I had to prove it to them that they double charged me? Then the item as marked as delivered and it never showed up at my house. I check their tracking and it says it was delivered at Bordentown, NJ which is states away from where I live. NOT IMPRESSED. I would give negative stars if I could.

Do not purchase. Fell apart in 3 months. Company would not do anything about it. Said it was out of warranty. I expected it to last longer than 3 months.

The Chaise Lounge that was ordered, had well marked pieces including the hardware and went together well; I am relatively pleased with this purchase. The "wicker" on one of the pieces was unraveled when the piece arrived. Guess I'll use crazy glue to see if I can correct this issue.
The 3 piece wicker bistro set (HW*******) not so much. None of the pieces were marked; and the hardware came as one jumble in a plastic bag. The small table went together fairly well; I cannot assemble the chairs.
Why because the holes that were pre-drilled in the wooden pieces are not in the correct places and I do not own tools to make the correction.

Bad experience. You debited my account on July 31. Order never received. You sent me an e-mail saying it was delivered on Aug 1. Not so! Does the delivery truck driver now have a new toaster oven? I have disputed with bank as you know, but this not simply for refund; I really would like to have the oven!

STAY AWAY! The holes were off by over 2 inches...there answer was to put it together before tightening the bolts. WOW! It doesn't fit together!
