Raised garden bed purchased would not hold earth for planting veggies. Very cheaply made product. Was too late in planting season to send back and get another one. Have ceased any purchasing with this company. I know these comments will NOT be published to the public.

These chairs are very nice. They are sturdy and look great in my kitchen. The only thing that would make them better is if the swivel would be on a spring so that it would return to its original position once you stand up.

Our daughter has just moved into her first home and so we purchased a Pergola from Costway. We've gotten quite a few things, from them, before and so felt confident that the pricing and quality would be excellent. She hasn't assembled it yet, as the weather hasn't co-operated, but they are very excited to get it going very soon.

After checking similar bags on multiple sites at higher prices, I came across this option which appeared to be the same as elsewhere but at a much lower price. Awesome! Haven't had an opportunity to use it yet because I purchased at the end of season but am looking forward to not having my clubs clanging around. The delivery came much quicker than the expected date which was a nice surprise.

Chairs are just what I needed - their good quality, easy to put together, sturdy An upgrade from stools to chairs - they make a huge difference on comfort!

Looks like a very modern, sturdy cat tower. Most of it was easy to put together. The cat bed at the top with a wooden half wheel with spindles is utterly impossible. The screws don't fit in the holes. Three spindles are fastened, the others continue to fall out while you try to attach the three with screws that do not fit. Period. I guess I'll try my power drill, which is not a required tool for assembly. Disappointed.

I have been a Costway shopper for a few years now. Everything I have purchased so far is exactly as described and much less expensive than any other retailer.

Purchased this sturdy, relaxing lounge chair for the patio as it has a cover that comes over the top and protects you from the sun - the holder on the side for your book and drink is very useful.

Am very pleased with the hamper, it was so easy to put together, no hammer, screws all you needed was look at the instructions. It is lovely and thanks so much. Would recommend purchasing one if looking. Thanks, my second purchase and so pleased with the great Customer Service.

We had attached a patio umbrella to the table- very solidly anchored. Wind gust came, umbrella fell on the table and it cracked one of the top boards all the way down. That was disappointing. We will attempt to regulus the wood board

Costway has a lot of stock and great prices. I have purchased several items and loved them all. Shipping was free and I received my items in a few days.

No mini split Heat pump parts available for purchase outside of warranty. If you ever purchase the heat pump from the original owner and need parts of any kind to fix the unit, Costway will not work with you to sell you those parts. I need an indoor unit for 18k heat pump and customer service will only cooperate if you purchase the unit directly from them, have a warranty, and order number available. In the past I bought AC directly from Costway, and I didn't know they don't care if you're out of warranty. I mean that creates pollution. One could be using your product for years and you would still be making money.

We purchased the 8 passenger Dining Room set with the 15 ft lighted umbrella. It arrived within 10 days and I put it together on a Saturday. There's lots of screws and parts, but it went together surprisingly easy. It looked so good we decided to then purchase the 9 seater couch set with firepit. Same thing, came within 10 days, spent a Saturday putting it together and it looks incredible on another one of our decks. For the price the quality is very good. We ended up putting Scotchgard on the cushions for the couch set, for a little more protection of the fabric. All in all, a great shopping experience, hassle free instructions and we are happy.

Easy to order although I was a little nervous that it would get damaged during shipping- Ended up I was worrying for nothing- delivery as great- package not damaged at all- item itself was packed very well - It was easy to put together, and both looks and works great

J'ai acheté une poussette double places pour bébés jumeaux (style poussette parapluie). La poussette est légère, facile à manipuler et pratique à transporter. Elle a des filets derrière les sièges très commode pour apporter des petites choses pour les enfants. Et il y a également un panier en tissus sous la poussette comme autre rangement. Je suis absolument satisfaite de mon achat.
