Easy...the hard part is picking out the right frames!

I had never ordered glasses online before, and I found this store because I wanted a specific brand. I emailed and received nothing but extraordinary service from start to finish. The ability to sort by bridge/lens/temple measurements saved me hours of searching and quickly getting the right products in front of me. Customer service was second to none, and I was kept updated about the entire process until I received my glasses in the mail.

I would like to be objective. My experience was right at par in terms of the customer service. The rep took a few business days to respond but I understand its a process to verify if insurance is accepted. My major complaint is the quality of the glasses specifically the lenses. The lenses are literally cracked and I received an inferior product. I dont want to go through the process of sending the glasses back because Ive waited weeks to get them. The process for ordering them was tedious as well. I can provide pictures to substantiate my claim if need be. I feel I should be refunded or sent new glasses.

Genesis was sooo helpful in assisting me with purchasing eyeglasses! She was kind to me and was patient with me when I had several questions about my frames, lenses and insurance benefits. I couldn't have made my purchase without her help. You should give Genesis a raise, because good help is hard to find and harder to retain as employees.
I am thrilled about how my glasses turned out, they are above my expectations! My next purchase will be with Cool Frames! :)

Genesis was awesome to work with (I changed my mind several times) on my order of three pair of glasses. I've been wearing Silhouette glass for decades as they are so light and comfy! Coolframes was the only online retailer that had them, so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. And I got the best! I was lucky enough to work with Genesis and I rexeived awesom glasses at very reasonable prices!

For an online business I'm pleasantly surprised at the careful customer service received. Thank you - this will be my goto for glasses. Great designs and very fair pricing.

I was very excited that they carry my favorite brand Alain Mikli and in my haste of entering the PD for my prescription I must have fat fingered it and entered it incorrectly. I thought maybe since it was a new prescription and I hadn't had new glasses in 2 years my eyes just needed to get used to it but later realized I entered the PD incorrectly.

I emailed to see if I could get this corrected and David was easy to chat with to get this corrected. My emails were responded to in a timely manner and I was able to get it corrected. I love my new glasses

Please have this company order your frames as my interaction with Ella the Optician. I say please because I have done business with a number of company's and Ella knew exactly what was needed for my husbands frames.

Samantha is EVERYTHING! She was warm, easy to talk with, and understood the vibe I was going for with my look! She helped me pick out the right frames for my face shape and took into account the time I spend in front of a screen and time I'm outside when it comes to coatings and Transitions- something I never considered before, but that I'm glad Samantha introduced to me! Samantha is the best customer service she's a queen and I'm recommending her and Coolframes to everyone I know.

In this era of online retail, it's rare that an experience stands out. What stood out so much about ordering from Cool Frames was dealing with actual human being. Genesis personally and directly emailed me after I'd called with the customer service number because I put in the wrong shipping address, and had questions about adding prescription lenses to an order.

They made the process so easy. In my experiences, it's actually easier, clearer and faster than being given the insurance breakdown at a physical optometry location. I've ordered from a few online eyewear retailers, and Coolframes is my favorite for all of the right reasons.
