Not great. The Eyewear selection is fabulous, however filling the prescription was not a good experience. I provided my prescription and was told that it could be filled. I received the new frames with the prescription included pretty quickly. However, they had to be returned, because the transactional lens wasn't correct. They were giving me a headache even after several weeks. I called the customer service number, they immediately knew what the problem was and asked me to ship them back. It cost me $25 dollars to return. They adjusted my prescription and returned them to me quickly, but now I can't use the reader portion of the prescription. I am simply cutting my losses and going into my local doctor's office to have them re-do the prescription for the third time, which will cost me to re-do the prescription. Not a great experience at all.

My experience with Coolframes was great, the customer service rep Samantha guided me through all of the lens options and optimized my experience. Would shop with them again!

Well I went to the eye doctor and was going to get my glasses from them until they told me $1128.00 was the price (total) then I said I would think about it. Went on line and found the same glasses I picked out at dr office for HALF the price…. So hello. I ordered my glasses from Cool frames. In two weeks I had my glasses
They are same glasses, little less then half the price

Don't believe the bad reviews. Just make sure you send the correct prescription. From ordering to delivery I had them within a week. I am blown away by this company and will continue to support them and spread the word. They even sent the lens envelops to show the RX was correct. Thank you Cool Frames!

This company has great customer service and the glasses are authentic and great quality. I was going on a vacation and asked if they can rush my order and it got here in time and they went above and beyond.

I'm really glad I found CoolFrames! I was about to head to Cancun and needed some sunglasses as I had lost mine. To my surprise, I got some high-end Versace shades at an amazing price. They shipped them out to me very quickly and I was able to enjoy them while soaking up the sun by the beach! I am going to order my wife her own pair. Super impressed!

I ordered a frame and lenses. I received them by UPS and the shipping was very fast. I could not see out of the lenses. I called customer service to see if perhaps they could look at them somehow to find out why. One of the owners, Lee was amazing and helped get my glasses fixed and back to me quickly.

I paid $562 for a pair of frames + prescription lenses more than 3 months ago and the glasses have still not arrived. Coolframes told me frames were back ordered so I agreed to wait 2 months, then I received the wrong frames (wrong color & style). They asked me to send photos to prove I had received the wrong frames, then agreed to exchange them. I waited another month, and heard nothing from the company, so I contacted support who told me I needed to contact them on Tuesday to get an update. I contacted them again, and was told they would ship Jan 18-19, which has now passed without an update.

Sent me children's glasses, when I ordered ladies. Refused to make it right! Do not order from this place
