Shipping maybe took a little longer than I expected but otherwise no complaints. The pair of glasses I ordered included a great glass case as well.
Despite the Coolframes being in the US and me in the UK the frame and lenses (with anti-glare coatings and a custom prescription) arrived in just over a week, and are exactly what I wanted. Very happy.
Well, that's what I get for shopping online. The glasses on the site looked like and were described as gray, and the trim design appeared to be tortoise shell. In actuality, the glasses were black and the trim design was a black and white zig-zag. I sent several messages with the pop-up customer assistance that were never returned. Finally I called and explained I received the wrong glasses. I was asked to take photos which I sent in and they said I had received the correct frames. What? How could something be so completely different? I had to pay to send them back and will be charged a re-stocking fee on top of that. My life lesson was that shopping for frames online is not worth it.
Had something picked out, and like the last 4 websites. It was out of stock. Only difference is they emailed me to pick a different pair and then they actually sent them to me. Problem try to buy more from them again.
Everything was quick and efficient and they arrived fast even with standard shipping. I'm very happy and would definitely order again.
