Absolutely amazing service and so affordable had exactly what I needed

I can't praise this company enough. I've bought at least a few sets of distance prescription glasses for my boss and within 2 weeks usually sooner they arrive. Excellent customer service from placing the order to sending over a prescription to shipping status notifications. Truly whatever glasses you are looking to get I can guarantee you The process will be easy peasy.

I'm a fussy customer when it comes to glasses--both the frames & lenses that I prefer are expensive and I wanted to be sure that CoolFrames understood some specific details that I wanted taken care of in the production of my glasses. I emailed before I ordered and I received emails during the process. I was reassured that they understood my concerns and that I'd get what I was requesting--and they came through. The glasses are beautiful and exactly as I wanted them.

Easy to find lenses I required. Nice sale. Good selection.

Decided I didn't like either pair.

The frames was on back order but they still came in at a good time so I'm very satisfied

I turned left, right, up and down but was unable to identify a suitable certain poses seemed TOO large. Other angles distorted the shape of face pictured in lens shot requested.

Ordered just frames, no lenses. Per the website, 1-4 business days to ship. Took 7. Not acceptable.

The frame I wanted had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I tried multiple other vendors, both local & online, and no one could get it. Then Cool Frames found one in France, and I received it here in the United States in just 3 days! The price was extremely good, and the shipping cost, with FedEx, was only $7. In every way, this was one of the very best online shopping experiences I have ever had. Thank you!

Being honest I was concerned with ordering glasses online vs purchasing directly from my optometrist's office. I gained a little more hesitation after reading some of the reviews also. I took a leap of faith and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I experienced great customer service, timely responses and a timely delivery as well. My glasses are exactly how I expected them to be. I'm very pleased.

Vast selection of cool frames for men and women, and a very smooth ordering process.

Need to return as previously reported. Lens clear on close up reading but unclear on distance not progressive. Also that model is suppose to accept magnetic clip on shades but does not. Need to return for credit

Item arrive in a mint condition with case. Shipping took almost two weeks to Canada via Canada Post.
