First time needer of glasses. It took a little bit to get the prescription right. A little back-and-forth. But the team was super helpful and, in the end, I got exactly what I needed.

I had to remove the lenses from the new frame and install them in the old frame. The magnets in the new frame were upside down and would not connect to my glasses frame.

The ordering process is very straightforward and easy, especially re-ordering once they have the size of your face, etc. As long as you know what you want and have tried on the frames, this is the way to go, such a good value. Cool Frames did call me to let me know the frame in the color I requested was no longer available but a 2nd color was fine. This was my 2nd time to order 2 different prescriptions (single vision for reading & distance). The glasses held up for numerous years, I've been very happy.

Excited I was able to find my old frames that are now discontinued, nervous as it was my first order. Everything turned out great, delivery, customer service and quality is all there. Will order again 100%

Got my glasses fine. Something wrong with lenses. Prescription was right, but have to tip head down to see clearly. Have been back and forth emailing with nothing solved yet.

All you need is a prescription of course like all eye glasses companies demand. They have soooo many choice and top brands! I'm a real human and I am giving an honest feedback. No one paid me to do this! I'm from Ohio and needed glasses since I used my insurance on contacts. No insurance? No prob here at cool frames. I priced at my eye dr for glasses out of pocket was $496! I went to cool frames site with prescription and out of pocket only and bought Columbia glasses and premium frames under $200! Received my order so fast I couldn't believe it! U have no concerns getting it right with cool frames. The owner is one of the best people I've ever spoke to and I assure anyone u won't be sorry or find quality as cheap than cool frames.com I stand by my review and can prove the the best experience anyone can have buying any glasses online.
