Got everything I wanted in perfect condition, had a smooth process.

I received my package in the mail but it wasn't the glasses I ordered but it had the right information inside the box so I don't know how they mixed it up..

There was a minimal mixup/delay with my order. The owner personally reached out to me and took care of the delivery. Best prices in all internet.

This site was at least $20 cheaper than other sites.

I had these frames before. Loved the color. Although the frames are the same these have more black and less green on them. But I still like them. Recieved them very fast.

Order easy and not complicated. Price incl. All tax fees ok. Fast delivery.

No confirmation email when order was placed, no follow up email when order was delayed. Product eventually arrived 4 weeks after ordering, that is too slow in my opinion. If this is 'normal', they should set expectations better on the website before ordering. I would not have used Cool Frames if I knew I'd have to wait an entire month before glasses arrived.

It was good except the first set I put the prescription in and was sent frames with no prescription lens. But I sent them back and reordered and the second pair came right.

Very poor customer service! Asking me the size when I already stated it in caps. Despite having no virtual try on they will charge you 20% restocking fee. The frame I ordered was too short and hurt my ears. The customer support takes a long time to respond and resolve issues.

Easy and inexpensive, quick delivery and simple process of getting glasses. Definitely will be shopping here again.

I placed an order and realized I chose the wrong color. I called customer service the next day and the representative corrected it that moment. Shipped fast packaged well and most importantly fantastic prices.

I appreciated the super descriptive and detailed write ups of the frames including all the measurements on the site.

Glasses were shipped around for about 9 months before I got them. In the end the agent took care of everything and updated my Rx to offset not having them for a yr. The frames fit loose compared the exact same model I have in no Rx. That would probably be a Costa problem so skip the Costs brand.
