I placed an overnight order on a Monday May 6th and did not receive my order until May 18th. I called after the 2-3 day processing time-frame and the rep told me that it was 4-5 days for processing. I told her that on the site it states 2-3 days and at that point it had been 4 days. My order still had not shipped out. I called back and requested a refund for my $30 overnight express shipping costs. The rep acted like she didn't want to give it back. I explained to her that I paid extra to have it by a certain date and that date has passed. A manager refunded my shipping cost but changed the shipping method to standard. This company has the worst customer service. I will not do anymore business with them.

I knew this was the pair of frames that I wanted, but couldn't find them anywhere. When I found them at Cool Frames they were on sale! Now I am ready for my next pair of cool frames. Can't wait!

From the second I placed my order to the time I actually picked up my lenses order - incredible detail oriented service. Gorgeous store and attentive staff. Super super nice. Stunning, fashionable collections. I will definitely go back again and again. Order was delivered on time and I received a physical receipt and email receipt for records as well as timely order updates. Just amazing definately recommend for any vison needs!

I love my glasses and I love cool frames they have so much to choose from and the quality is amazing 10/10

I lost my glasses on a hike and only had my prescription sunglasses to see so I was excited to see that the order processing time was about a week. A week after ordering I get an email that says cool frames has just ordered my frames from their supplier so the production of my glasses would start soon. I waa really disappointed that it took them a whole week to even order the frames. I eventually did get my glasses about 3 weeks after placing the order and they're great but I probably would have gone with a faster company if I had known it would take a week.

Cool frames has the best frame variety. You have Cartier frames that I've never seen at local stores

Not only great prices but easy to navigate through the site for my needs. Everything went well from checkout to receiving the product after all. This is the fourth time buying eyeglasses frames from here and consistently getting great shopping experiences.

A little bit of delay in processing my two frames (10 calendar days) but the shipping was superfast and received the order 2 days earlier than expected!
The Customer Service is also very helpful, nice and prompt.
