I am happy with my purchase. I placed and paid in full for my order online, I received an automated confirmation of the sale. I had to email CoolFrames 'seven days' later to ask for an update. The following day I was emailed to say the frames would be shipped the next day. They were shipped, as they said... But no carrier or tracking was provided. They did arrive safe via USPS. Perhaps I was unlucky; but I feel communications could be much better.

The customer service was great. I had placed my order with the wrong frames. Contacted customer service and they immediately corrected my order.

Very happy with the prescription sunglasses I ordered. Delivery time was a little longer than my local optical dispensary, but at less than half the price for the same setup, I can give up a few weeks.

I'm happy with my purchase from Cool Frames. The only reason for not 5 stars is that I think there could have been more updates and the ability to check online about the status of my order while the frames and lenses were produced. But other than that it was great and I would purchase from them again.

Delivery came on time no problems always professional and never any complaints about delivery issues.

I get the frames I prefer with Rx lenses for a couple hundred dollars less than other places I priced for the same exact item. For the fourth year in a row I am always happy with my purchase.

If you're a novice in buying frames as I am, the website needs to help you more. I made my purchase a help a Kaiser Healthcare employee, otherwise I would have gotten an order that wouldn't have been right for me.

My favourite frames from designer Marc Jacobs recently snapped and were irreparable- my vision centre said they were discontinued - however I found them here and ordered them and simply popped my lenses that work fine! I saved so much and still get the look I am creating.

I ordered my glasses on 5/3 and did not receive them until 5/31. A whole month! After three weeks and no update on tracking I reached out and was told they would be ready the next day.
